Was told I would receive a notification when my check arrived at Oxford. I was viewing my checking account on-line and noticed my check had cleared without any notification from Oxford. I contacted my agent and he apologized and said he had been out of the office. After we got over that, things went smoothly and I received my merchandise. The whole experience was very educational. I thought that I knew a little bit about precious metals and I thought I knew more about investing. Ped was able to show me, without making me feel stupid, what I didn't know. He was very straight forward and I didn't feel as if I was being "sold". Given the time of year, there were a few delays in shipping that caused some anxiety on the part of some of us, but Ped's quiet assurances were very helpful in calming those concerns. Not kicking other Gold Companies but to surpass the service and honesty of Oxford Gold will be difficult. Ped and his staff were knowledgeable, polite and I will be doing business with them again.
They were there to guide me through the process of converting my IRA to precious metals. It was educational and beneficial.
