So glad OHC was recommended to me. Both of the doctors are knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. I had the blood tests first then my appointment two days later. (Zoom appointments also available) I am already on HRT, but knew it was only helping with some aspects and not all of the issues I wanted to address. Dr Melanie tweaked my medication and now I'm feeling tonnes better and much reassured that I am in good hands going forwards. Sadly the NHS GPs near me just don't seem to have the time or the knowledge to give to menopause and HRT, prescribing standard doses/one size fits all solutions. Can't recommend enough. Lovely people too.

Having been on HRT through my GP, I was looking for a more thorough approach to my treatment. All the symptoms I experienced were explained to me. The specialist took time to listen to my concerns, symptoms. I did not feel rushed at all. I am entirely very satisfied with the level of care provided. Most importantly, I feel that I can have someone to talk to should I wish to.

I had been struggling for a couple of years and post-menopausal, but life, raising children, looking after a sick mother had distracted me. I realised that I was not coping as well as I should have, moody, weight-gain, despite exercise and eating well, and hot flushes. Because of lock-down I had also not been able to go to a GP. I had a phone consultation with Dr. Susanne Hooper who was so astute and knowledgeable, caring and responsive to all the questions and concerns I raised. She is also very accessible on and responsive on-line. I have been using HRT now for a couple of weeks, early days, but I already feel better.
