I hired an oxygen chamber for 10 weeks. After it was collected, I received a phone call from the company threatening legal action unless I paid £2,000 for “damage.” They sent photos of some scratches and claimed I caused them.

Fortunately, I always record video when renting equipment. The marks were clearly already on the chamber when it arrived. Once I showed the proof, the tone from the representative suddenly changed, and I was asked not to leave a bad review.

I found the communication extremely rude and unprofessional. If I didn’t have my video evidence, this could have gone very differently. Renters should be cautious and protect themselves when dealing with this company.

Oxydise are a great company and Kris and the team have been major help in setting it. Good, solid product and support is prompt. Highly reccomended if looking for an Oxygen machine. Thanks, Spa Float

Great product and service from the guys. Fast delivery and set up of the chamber with a detailed explanation provided of how to use whilst making it easy to understand. Very helpful throughout and they continue to provide support afterwards if you need any help. A super machine and a great service from oxydise , highly recommend!

Overall I think Oxydise are a fantastic company. I purchased a chamber in May 2025 for my clinic. Kris and Ricky have been fantastic supporting me where needed. Alan and the rest of the team are also great at sorting out any issues.

From the moment I rang Oxydise on a Friday at 6pm, expecting maybe a voicemail or a “we'll get back to you Monday,” I was greeted instead by Lubica—an absolute gem of a human being. Friendly, calm, incredibly knowledgeable, and zero sales pressure. Just genuine help from someone who clearly cares deeply about what she does. She somehow turned what could’ve been a boring logistics call into something I was genuinely excited about.

And it didn’t stop there. Saturday, she followed up again (yes, on her weekend!) to patiently answer all my questions. And by Monday, I had a fully installed HBOT chamber and red light panel in our garden office. I don’t even get Amazon Prime deliveries that fast.

But it wasn’t just the speed. It was the world-class customer service—honestly the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Amazing experience overall, I done four sessions and noticed that it helped to improve my focus and sleep and I also noticed improvement with migraines - i dont get them as frequently anymore. Great customer service too from Alan, definitely recommend!

Great service, great product - best value in the U.K.

Great service, Alan was very responsive and delivery and collection were prompt. The chamber was easy to operate. I hired it to help with my long COVID symptoms, primarily fatigue and brain fog. I managed to do 57 sessions in just over a month (I aimed for 2 sessions per day) and have seen significant improvements in my brain fog and fatigue. Life is opening up again after 8 months of very limited activity.

Having used one before, I hired it to help with my frozen shoulder. Certainly seemed to have benefited from its use. Easy transaction and very prompt delivery and collection. Installation engineer was both knowledgable and courteous. Highly recommended.

My mum has stage four cancer and after doing some research we found that the benefits from using a hyperbaric oxygen chamber for a prolonged period would be more than beneficial for her. We found Oxydise online and I called Alan for more information on how it works, hiring, logistics etc. We chatted for nearly an hour, he couldn’t have been more helpful and having used the chamber for his own personal reasons had a great insight into using the chamber. We actually collected ourselves as we are on the Isle of Wight and were working against the clock so to speak, but this was a seamless process and meeting us out of office hours was no trouble. At home my brother easily assembled the chamber and after a quick phone all with Alan to run through how to use it we had mum in there and she loved it, she said it’s actually very relaxing. The accumulation of uses is where the benefits are so she was using twice a day for 90mins a time. She is currently back in hospital for treatment but she reported better sleep, more energy and hopefully the majority of the good it’s doing is on the inside where cell turnover is enhanced greatly. Alan and the team have been amazing and supportive, always there at the end of the phone, I would 100% recommend the product and service. Thank you all so much xx

I had been wiped out by long covid. I've never suffered fatigue like it. I wanted to sleep by 2pm every day for months. I'd tried quite a few supplements and alternative therapies before landing on Hyperbarics. To be able to access the chamber daily really appealed to me, as I'd tried odd sessions here and there. Thankful I did, it took around 50 sessions for me to feel I was really out of the woods. But my health and optimism are back.

Excellent service from Oxydise their guidance and advice in renting the unit brilliant. The end-to-end process was seamless. The chamber has improved and aided my recovery from long-term illness and I'm also sleeping much better now also.

My auntie suffers from MS, so we were worried given her deteriorating symptoms; I heard hyperbaric was effective but wasn't quite sure what to expect. I thank Oxydise for getting us a chamber within a few days. Her results since have been remarkable. Great energy, less tremors, less anxiety and depressive symptoms. We’re now looking at purchasing the system.
