We purchased a “Modern Wood Display Stand” for $863.95. After placing the order, we discovered that the item was located in a warehouse in China and the estimated delivery time was approximately 45 days, which was not clearly disclosed prior to purchase. we requested to cancel the order. At that time, the order status remained “Order confirmed” and had not been dispatched.
Despite this, the business refused to provide a full refund and insisted on charging a 30% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee does not reflect actual costs incurred and appears to be a penalty rather than a genuine estimate of loss.

I bought a table from Oz Home Hub. There was no receipt emailed to me and it took over 2 months to arrive. There was no tracking number or time frame info given as to when to expect delivery. The wrong table arrived and it had pieces missing. It was so difficult to contact the company as you have to go through a system where you wait for a verification code that never arrives. After contacting consumer affairs, magically a verification code arrives in my email and I can finally make contact. There was never a sorry or anything, they just wanted a photo and video of the product I received which I still have had no response from. They continually stall any action. It’s 5 months after my purchase and I’m no closer to getting a refund or the actual table I ordered. I will never purchase from this company again.

I ordered three items under one order. Two side tables and one dressing table. The description of the side tables did not match the item. It looked timber, but I saw the exact same item on Shein, and I found out it's metal, not timber. The item price on Shein was $60 while the price on OZ Home Hub was $250 after 50% off!! I decided to cancel the side tables order. I called their support, but there is no person to talk to; they just sent me a link to manage my order. There was only one Cancel Order button on the entire order. I pressed that, and it cancelled all three items. They deducted 30% of the payment as a cancellation fee! I raised a ticket telling them that I didn't want to cancel the dining table, again, they just sent a link to the Cancellation Policy! This is Fraud!
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Wrong Product & Poor Support
I had a very frustrating experience with this company from start to finish.
After waiting 4 months for delivery, the product finally arrived without any assembly instructions. I then had to wait almost 3 additional weeks just to receive the instructions, which is completely unacceptable.
Worse still, the item delivered does not match the product description or the assembly manual. While the colour may be correct, the actual components are clearly different from what was advertised. By carefully examining the parts—especially the stickers and labels—it’s obvious that the items do not correspond to the documentation provided.
To make matters worse, the support ticket system is extremely slow, and there is no way to contact the company by phone, which has significantly delayed resolving the issue. This lack of accessible and responsive customer support only adds to the frustration.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience involving:
Incorrect product delivery
Missing instructions upon arrival
Long delays in support response
No direct customer service contact
I would strongly recommend others to think twice before purchasing, as both product accuracy and customer support are seriously lacking

We committed to buy the Art Deco Bunkbed just before Christmas and accepted it won't arrive until Feb 7th. We didn't receive the product until 21st March.
The courier left the heavy package in the middle of our front lawn after the heavy rain we've had. We were actually at home at the time when they delivered but they didn't bother to knock. I couldn't lift it and took x2 strong neighbours to move it on the dolly undercover. Lucky we did cause it rained pretty heavy that night.
No instructions manuals
When consulted, that's the only response we got from them was a YouTube link .
The video only shows the frame, does not tell you what screws to use.
I asked them to provide instructions on the panels , to which they were vague with their answers and told me to log another ticket. So they were not helpful at all.
My husband is handy and managed to construct it from scratch. The photo of the bunkbed looks different to the photos. We knew it would restrict the door with the dimensions, but with the stairs on the same side as the door, it further restricts the door. Not to mention the scratches from the delivery, guessing the screws we had to use, holes that should have been there for screws which weren't.
The final reason on how unhelpful and misleading this company has been is the dimensions. It is meant to be for single beds. The dimension they put on the website is for single, but when constructed the area of the mattress is smaller. When we put the single mattress, it bulged the panels out so we couldn't use them. We had to order custom foam mattresses so it would fit and we're waiting for that (through another company of course).
I asked for refund, but of course they refused, unless it was damaged. They're response has been slow and vague. There's a light switch which we still don't know how to put together, to which they said "simple plug-in component and just needs to be connected using the provided cable to the power source. Please ensure the connectors are securely attached."
FYI we spent $1495 on this. Not worth it.

These people need to be reported to ACCC so please write complaint to them so they can be dealt with and never treat customers this way.

Terrible terrible experience, warning everyone who got attracted by their website - they don't sell you the items you saw on the website. And they say it's free delivery, but when I raised a return request, they asked me to organise a delivery to WA by myself, $400+ on me! Their boxes came in damaged and wet and smelly, and they say, if the returned goods not in a good condition in the original boxes, they will not refund me... and they closed the ticket and never talk to me anymore.
I did a bit of research, they are not furniture maker, they steal other manufacturer's photos and put on website, they just buy from cheap small shops once you put down your order. so there is no quality control at all... the rocking chair they sent to me probably only costs them RMB 50 but they asked me for $400!

Omg! I ordered and paid approximately $1408 for an entertainment unit on 31/12/25. I was promised delivery would take 6 to 8 weeks. To my horror, I have yet to receive the item. I have emailed to them on numerous occasions and 2 persons, namely, Alice and Lachlan have responded with unimaginable excuses. I am beginning to think that I have been scammed. I not only had written to them on several occasions but have called on numerous occasions but there’s not been a single call back. They have to be reported to the police

Order was ordered 6 months ago. No one knows where its at, they keep sending scripted apologetic update that its in transit absolutely, have no value.
They refuse to refund saying its in transit for 4 months now.
Support is only via ticket and you can only reply once they ve replied.
They keep closing our ticket and reopening new ones so they can say ticket is recent. We are up to the 3rd ticket for the exact same thing. Have now complained to consumer bodies QLD and national. Going through a process of refund with our bank as a last resort, hopefully that works. Complete sureal experience, we have since ordered our furniture piece from somewhere else and do not want the good if that was to ever be delivered, just want them to process the refund, we are now 1.5 k off pocket and no garantee to get anything back.

Wish I had checked out this company. I ordered 4 chairs on January 16. Only after checkout I noticed their arrival was March 2. On March 6 I enquired as to where they were and said I wanted a refund - they said they can't do that. I put in a support ticket and all they said was it had left the country of origin and thankyou for my patience! No ETA. It is now March 26 and I have put in another support ticket plus lodged a complaint with Fair Trading. I just want a refund.
Dodgy company
The product I purchased was listed as in stock. I ordered in early Jan. It is now late March and it hasn't even left the origin country as of yet. I have contacted support almost every day and receive almost verbatim the same response without expanding on more information. Buyer beware! This company is dodgy as heck!
