Postage
First problem was paying for priority postage and not receiving it in specified time due to Dangerous Goods rules. Was reimbursed immediately. The lighter I received was not as pictured.

Outstanding service!
Zero disappointment — my order was dispatched the same day I placed it, and I received it the very next day. The packaging was excellent, handled with care, and complete discretion was applied throughout. A truly professional service from start to finish

Fast communication
Fast communication — they contacted me quickly via mobile and email and did their best to help me get through all the banking security hurdles we deal with these days. I’d give them a 10 out of 10 for effort on that part, but the service overall was AAAAA‑level.
Product arrived exactly as described, very discreet, great prices, and I would highly recommend purchasing from them again. They really do make this experience awesome.

Amazing experience with these guys. Was my first time buying with them and I have zero complaints. I was unable to locate my package but the customer service was great and I ended up finding it at the post office. The owner was really nice about everything and quite helpful.
