Iain carried out an incredibly detailed and very helpful survey of a house we are purchasing.
Right from the beginning Iain was easy to communicate with. He was clear in outlining his work to us as well as quick in his responses.
Iain was flexible with the survey’s date and pushed us forward into a cancellation slot he had. He knew that we wanted to complete the purchase as soon as possible and clearly wanted to support us in this.
After the survey was carried out Iain swiftly shared the 202 pictures he took of the 3-bedroom house.
Only shortly after this Iain shared the executive summary of his survey (6 pages, 42 points raised linked to relevant photographs). This summary was very clear, easy to understand, well structured and highly informative!
We are 110% satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the service Iain provided. Prices are fair and the value for your money very good!

Have used PA surveyors twice and they are excellent. Iain is really thorough in his work, gave us a detailed report, with clearly marked pictures to illustrate, as well as some very helping costings for the work. He also spoke to us on the phone sbortly after the survey and sent an exec sumary so we knew what to expect from the final report. Would highly recommend, particularly having used another surveyor in Brighton on the same property who was woeful in comparison!

Generally very thorough and helpful service. Did take a while to complete full formal report but this was very detailed and we did receive a preliminary report the day after the survey took place.
