Replacement item never received
Ordered an item from Pack Fresh on December 17th. It was intended to be a Christmas present. I received the delivery on December 19th but the item wasn’t what I had ordered. I contacted Pack Fresh about the wrong item on the 19th via the form on the website to no response. On December 20th I found Pack Fresh’s email address and sent a follow up message about the wrong item. I received a reply the same day - I was offered a refund and a replacement item to be sent out free of charge on next day delivery. I thought it was a generous offer and accepted. However the replacement item never arrived. I contacted Pack Fresh inquiring about the replacement on December 22nd, January 3rd and January 11th. All three emails have been ignored by Pack Fresh. Thankfully, I did get a partial refund back on December 27th. It was just a bit of a disappointing experience overall.

Scammers
Cancelled paid-for pre-order of 151 ultra premium collection and moved me onto a 'priority list' for the product with no explanation of how it will work or why it was necessary.
I have no idea why they can't just honour the pre-order that I paid £129.99 for.

I think there has been a bit of a misunderstanding. We have not cancelled your order at all. We have never said we are going the change the prices. We will honor your original price and your order. We have sent refunds to all of customer that have ordered more than x1 151 ultra premium collection because we are expecting high allocations and didn't want to hold customers money and prevent them from pre-ordering elsewhere. We have sent out multiple emails explaining this. If there were any issues or queries you had you could of emailed us or phoned us.
We are NOT scammers and will always do what's right but our customers and provide the best possible service.
