Everything is perfect, except we can't close the door because the leveling is off. The deliverer leveled the unit before he left, but he used wood scraps that he located on site. That wood has compressed over time so that now the unit is ever so slightly warped. Because of the tight, secure fit of the doors, any minute warpage makes it difficult if not almost impossible to close the door to the point of latching.

My 40ft container showed up on time

They had a great selection a great customer service. And delivery was on time.

I was please with this initial customer service though disappointed with the container sent. The manager agreed to compensate me for the condition of the product and here I am almost 3 weeks later still waiting for the credit.

We at Phantom Fireworks in Seabrook NH have been using Pac Van for many many years, from back when Dave was the owner. We have always been satisfied with their service. We wouldn't want any leaks that's for sure and have never had one. Their containers are always in great condition. This year we got all new ones! We always have gotten between 15 and 25 every year for a two month period. Everything is always done in a timely manner and all of the employees are very nice! Great service, quick response and delivery times, best prices I could find, can't say enough good things about the folks at my local DSM Pac Van.

My situation was dynamic where I needed two containers delivered nearly opposite in direction from one another. Robert Calabrese was extremely helpful and was able to accommodate our needs. They were met in two ways. The size of the units and time frame for delivery. The directions for payment were easy to follow and we are very happy with our purchases.
