I had a very disappointing experience with Paddle.

I signed up by mistake and contacted their support team within 3 hours of being charged to request a refund, explaining clearly that the product wasn’t what I was looking for. Despite this, my refund was denied because they claim I contacted them after their 3-day window, which is simply not true.

What makes this worse is how unclear their support process is. Sending an email is apparently not enough, you’re required to submit a request through a specific form on their website, which is not easy to find. Because of this, my initial attempt to contact them was essentially ignored.

As a small business owner, every dollar matters, and I was genuinely hoping for understanding and flexibility. Instead, I was met with rigid policies and no willingness to help, even though I acted quickly.

Overall, the experience feels misleading and unfair. Be very careful before signing up, as getting a refund even in genuine cases, seems unnecessarily difficult.

Cuidado con esta gente, hacen cargos sin ofrecer el producto comprado en las webs con las que colaboran, y activan renovaciones automáticas de productos sin aportar ningún tipo de información ni forma posible de acceder a los datos.
Al acceder para ver la información del cargo responden con un correo en el que informan que no tienen datos sobre la consulta solicitada.

Grosse arnaque : IA inconnue mise en avant par une publicité mensongère. Formule d'essai à 10€/semaine transformée en prélèvement mensuel en moins d'une semaine sans consentement. Service client inexistant (ChatBot inefficace). Procédure d'annulation et de remboursement opaque, lien d'approbation frauduleux. Aucune réponse à la banque effectuant un audit de la transaction frauduleuse. Arnaque confirmée.

Paddle's support is a frustrating bot-only experience. After updating my invoice with company name & VAT ID for MotionVFX purchase, I can't get a clean official PDF download – just a browser version with an annoying 'Edit business address' flag. Normal providers just email proper invoices. Very disappointing for B2B customers

I was deluded in paying two times 50 euro’s for what seemed to be chatgpt but it wasn’t and they don’t give a refund or some other chatbot

es una estafa estan en complicidad con estafadores no reembolsan dinero es pura estafa

El mes pasado fui a contratar chatgpt pro mediante paypal. Al hacerlo vi que paddle.net me habia cobrado tres facturas, que ascienden a 103 euros en total, y en lugar de chat gpt pro, era chatbot pro.

Intento reclamarlo mediante correos a paddle y no me responden, hablo con su bot, y además de que es solo en inglés, no responde a las facturas que le reclamo, tampoco aparecen en paddle al buscarlas.

¿De verdad paddle se puede permitir el lujo de cobrarte por un servicio que no has contratado y que su servicio de atención al cliente sea nulo?

Reclamé a Paypal y le da la razón a paddle porque dice que ha presentado documentación.

¿No deberia investigarse si realmente me he beneficiado de ese servicio en algún momento, ya que no lo he utilizado, y que haya cancelado mi suscripción sobre la marcha, para que me devuelvan el dinero?

Pues no, bienvenidos a la ley del pez grande. Si ahora me meto en un abogado pierdo más dinero, y mientras tanto la estafa o esta mala practica va haciendo ricos a las grandes empresas.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with services that use Paddle.net for billing. On five different occasions, including most recently with FineVoice, I’ve tried to cancel subscriptions or request refunds. Every time, Paddle claimed they “could not find” my transaction — even when I gave them my email, card info, dates, and even the actual receipts.

The result? I was charged for services I no longer wanted, and Paddle refused to help.

After doing research, I found hundreds of similar complaints from other customers. This seems to be a pattern of denial and avoidance rather than a rare mistake.

If you see that a service uses Paddle.net for billing, I recommend extreme caution. Canceling or getting a refund may be nearly impossible.
