Total scam. Legally stealing money - STAY AWAY!!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Paddle.
I signed up by mistake and contacted their support team within 3 hours of being charged to request a refund, explaining clearly that the product wasn’t what I was looking for. Despite this, my refund was denied because they claim I contacted them after their 3-day window, which is simply not true.
What makes this worse is how unclear their support process is. Sending an email is apparently not enough, you’re required to submit a request through a specific form on their website, which is not easy to find. Because of this, my initial attempt to contact them was essentially ignored.
As a small business owner, every dollar matters, and I was genuinely hoping for understanding and flexibility. Instead, I was met with rigid policies and no willingness to help, even though I acted quickly.
Overall, the experience feels misleading and unfair. Be very careful before signing up, as getting a refund even in genuine cases, seems unnecessarily difficult.
