I have been buying coffee from you for years despite the fact you think I am a new customer, I like the coffee otherwise I wouldn't buy it, I would use the subscription offer but it really isn't convenient, perhaps this is why you think each time I order that I am a new customer, more expensive than that available in shops but I stick with you. The delivery service (so far) is very good using Royal Mail is good, the postie's know their customers and know where to leave goods if you are not home - at least our postie does -

I think it's nice coffee
I think it's nice coffee, but I was a bit disappointed with the packaging. It arrived and the seal on the packets wasn't good and some of the coffee had escaped into the box.

Being able to order 1kg bags is particularly handy for us as we get through a lot of coffee in our household! Our orders always arrive quickly and are very well packaged.

The coffee bags are amazing
The coffee bags are amazing, by far the best on the UK market. The only detriment was the packaging, 100 loose sachets in the shipping box is inconvenient when purchasing for home use. If boxed as 3x31 and 1x7 would be much better.

Great coffee bags
We really like the coffee bags and delivery was quick. Not 5 stars as the decaf coffee bags didn't come in a proper box like the caffeinated ones, but were just loose in the postage box.
