I’m really not one to do reviews, but the level of customer care really forced my hand on this.

Although not the companies fault directly. DHL had forged my signature and the parcel subsequently went missing…

What I thought would be a simple process to receive a new racquet or refund has turned into a month long ordeal. The customer service is just a AI chatbot that apologises, but cannot actually sort your complaint.

Fortunately I have since used another site and received the same model racquet with next day delivery. Yet I am still waiting on padel HQ to respond with any sort of solution.

They use DHL for delivery, who were absolutely terrible. On 2 occasions they wasted my time by sending a text message saying when they would deliver, BUT then turned up very early, so on one occasion I missed them. The second occasion I waited in and they delivered over an hour earlier than stated.
Why give a time slot, only to have it ignored, absolutely stupid.
So will not purchase from Padel HQ while DHL are the courier.
