Paintly Kits Reviews 

First, I'm glad I found this particular painting. Usually when ordering a PaintbyNumbers kit it will take a few weeks to get here, thanks to overseas customs. Not so with Paintly. I'm not sure where these kits are made but it's only took a few days.
Upon recieving the kit I noticed something was missing. The reference guide. I always use this sheet to refer to when doing blending or touchup of cells when I forgot what number it was.
I emailed the support team about the missing reference sheet to which they sent me a PDF which was much better than the sheet. With the PDF I can zoom in for a much better look.
I have high regards to Paintly and their support team for a great experience. Now I have to find more wall space........

Have now completed 3 of the 8 pieces bought from Paintlykits. Extremely happy with all from canvas quality, paint quality and most of all no creases to deal with, also packaged well.

Excellent customer service ( I ordered the paint by numbers instead of diamond art) it was rectified straight away. The canvas is amazing. Colours match the chart exactly, no smudging. Thank you Paintly

I ordered an 80 color 20 x 24 inch canvas. 10/10 on canvas quality. 8/10 on paint quality. Teals/yellows were a little thin. I added artist acrylics to thicken it up. The detail is fantastic. I'm around 70% complete and loving it. Shipping took about 7 days.

The diamond art that I ordered from Paintly was received in perfect condition. All of the items were packaged carefully and I found it easy to begin the project immediately. I really loved everything from the packaging to the shipping and I love the finished product!

Great selection of diamond paintings. Fast delivery. Most definitely will purchase more in the future.

Delivery was fairly quick, products are good quality for the price, they do custom photos & AI generated ideas. I have done so many custom & AI generated because of all the Care Bear ideas I've been coming up with. Along with screenshots from Facebook. Customer service is wonderful also. They actually respond in a decent time frame. No waiting 4 days for a response. I've ordered from 4 different places & Paintly is my favorite of the 4. Mine have all been diamond painting.

I love painting the designs offered by Paintlykits. The kit was great with smooth canvas and creamy paints with very little transparency to deal with. I can't recommend Paintlykits highly enough!!

The order shipped but was lost in transit. Customer service was very responsive at first but then stopped responding. Item has been lost since July 24. I have sent multiple emails and even a text and have heard nothing else.

These kits from Paintly are by far the best I have done so far. I’m 3/4 though the first one and absolutely thrilled at how it’s turning out. The colours are are bright, the symbols are clear and easy to read. The canvas itself is bog fantastic quality and sits flat. No creases or folds. And the picture is amazingly detailed even after the drills are applied. The drills are shiny and sit on the canvas beautifully. I have 3 more of these from Paintly to do after this one and can’t wait to see them completed. The kits are affordable even in Australian dollars. I will be getting more of these.

It was a very calming and soothing experience. Perfect way yo pass time.

I dislike being tricked. I purchased a pbn framed canvas that was listed in metric instead of inches. I believe they list these in this matter on purpose to trick a percentage of shoppers into thinking they are getting something larger. Centimeters are much smaller than inches. In the many reasons paintly lists as reasons to not be able to send back this item they explicitly list "confusing cm's with inches". This indicates they are aware sizing units is an issue and yet somehow they continue to list in that manner. I contend this is an example of purposeful deceit. I further accuse Paintly/Paintlykits of scamming for extra margin hoping most wont complain. Reading this are you sure you would like to send them money? Also be aware that Paintlyshop with their horrible reviews is also the same Paintly/paintlykits company.

Great canvas and quality materials. Loved the design

I'm new to Paintly Kits, having done Masterpiece By Numbers exclusively in the past. When that company shut down recently I was so disappointed! There are lots of companies out there, but I think Paintly is doing a great job. I received my kits within a couple of weeks. The paints are good quality and I'm also loving the fact that I can get these kits already framed. I'll definitely be ordering more in the future!

This is a great company with an amazing selection. There is tons to choose from and I love that I can start with simple and then get as complicated as I want with tons of colors and great designs. I love the canvas I am currently working on, it is beautiful and has lots of stick so my diamonds stay on. The site is well laid out and the buying process simple. I highly recommend!
