Thank you to your excellent customer service team who promptly sorted out a technical problem for me which enabled me to order a ribbed jumper in a beautiful shade of lilac. I have 2 v necked ones and I absolutely love the colours, quality and fit. I shall definitely order a couple more for the spring

Stretched out of size
Love this brand and have many sweaters but this latest one (V-neck ribbed sweater) has stretched out of size and now resembles a dress! I have never had a day's problem before so this is very unfortunate.
