Got a sweater, tried it on for two minutes, it didn’t fit, sent it back. They use USPS for the returns. Tracking shows USPS lost the package. So I’m out of luck. No refund. Would not buy from them again—a more reputable company (even Amazon!) would process the refund. They’re a little scammy. Not worth the risk.

I’ve purchased many items from this company through the years. My recent purchase of a T-shirt, socks, and Men's Breathe Jogger. The joggers after a month have holes developing on one knee. Fabric is very thin and it just looks like the holes are from this. I contacted the company and after getting the run around, they asked me to return them. They also tried to blame it on the way I washed them which was by hand. Then they tried to tell me it’s from moths. I will not return to buy here again. Also, the men’s t-shirt looses it shape immediately after putting it in, especially the next, and doesn’t return until you wash it again. Honestly, everything I purchased this time is extremely cheap.

Paka has a very short return window. Not very helpful if you're buying for the holidays in advance. I gave Paka as a gift and the recipients were unable to try in on until a few weeks after Christmas due to a death in their family. The items were too small, (they run small) Paka couldn't care less. I'll never shop with them again.

Horrible scam and no returns and no help. I ordered “The Hoodie” because it looked and sounded so good. When I tried it on the head cover was too loose and floppy where any wind will just flop it down. The upper chest is thinner and low so no cold protection. It feels cheap. I was not allowed to return it. Paka is a scam! Don’t order from them!

I ordered and received a Hoodie from Paka. Three months later I noticed that the left cuff was wearing away. This was an obvious manufacturer's defect and contacted customer service. At first they simply provided advice that I wash the item inside out on a delicate cycle and this will not be a problem. I informed them that I've already done that and requested an exchange. They responded that an exchange was not possible but offered a discount on a replacement item -- I did not consider this an acceptable solution for an expensive premium product. I stressed that this was a manufacturing problem, but they stood firm in the assertion that this was normal wear and tear (the item was 3 months old!). After a couple more mail exchanges I have not been able to reach a resolution demonstrating that Paka stands behind their product.

On one of their posts on their Instagram page, I asked what the percentage of alpaca wool is in the women’s t shirts and I commented I had read that it was 15 % I also asked did they ever use larger models, as all I have ever seen was small and extra small. They blocked me from their page. I had a friend of mine to message and ask them their percentage - they responded and told her it was 15%. This is very poor relations for potential customers. I would have made some purchases if they had not responded like this.

Material is itchy and I can’t wear the bra ordered. Their marketing is great, but their customer service is terrible. When I reached out to see if I could exchange or return they said they could only give me a partial credit to use towards another purchase. However all their items use the same fabric. I had no interest in ordering another product that would make be itchy. Be aware that if you order a product from this company, if it doesn't work out they are not helpful. I have rarely encountered such indifference to a customer from other companies.

Doesn’t not except returns on sales but does not indicate this on purchase. When asked for assistance customer service was of little help. Tried to use the exchange program and they want you to buy something over greater value so they can make more money off your situation. Just poor all around customer service and website interaction. I was saddened at the interaction with this company.

Unfortunately it does not compare with sheep wool. Not moisture wicking or odor destroying like my merino. When I contacted the company I received no response.
Two stars for being better than polyester, but I will not be spending any more money on this brand.

High hopes and excitement met with extreme disappointment from lack of performance. I purchased a pack of socks with hopes that they would bring better value than some of their competitors. This did not happen. The sock material blend seems to be off a bit, they are very soft and warm but that’s where the positives end. They do not launder well, the stretch is abysmal and I’m not sure they can go more than 2 wears. They will not stay up on your leg, they bunch up in the shoe and otherwise just aren’t comfortable to wear. This is replicated on multiple pairs so it wasn’t just a one off pair. I even gave some to my son and he reported the same experience.

When I tried communicating this to their CS team I was met with the run around and poor communication. I was tempted to try a pullover or perhaps something else but after the lack of proper communication and a clear path to return the items I suggest anyone steer clear of this business.

I appreciate their PR campaign of being “good stewards” of this and that, but you have to be good at your core business first. Honestly, just sell your apparel at a reasonable cost, support it exceptionally and the rest will take care of itself.

This is an amazing company with amazing direction. The hoodie I got from them is awesome, nice enough for the office and rugged enough for all my adventures. Just be careful, these are real products not nasty synthetic materials, hand wash with cold water.

I made an error on my order and noticed it right after payment. This is the 3rd order I made from the site and every other time it took 3-5 days to get a notice that item has been processed (not shipped) I immediately wrote company an email noting I chose an incorrect size. By first thing in the morning I received a notification that my order had been processed. Almost immediately after I received a support email that I would be charged for a return shipping label and restocking fee and would have to ship the item back when it arrived at my home. I still have not received any shipping information 2 weeks later. Last time I purchase anything from this company which is too bad because it was quality clothing but not impressed with how they treat their customers. This was an easy fix they chose to profit on and it cost them a customer for life.
