Pakatak Ltd Reviews

Quick delivery and product so far is excellent 👌

Alan is always very informative and responsive. Very helpful

Pakatak advertising is very much about the product and not people (probably paid actors) telling you they made a purchase and it was the best thing ever, personally I think this is a sign of a bad product/company Pakatak UK was easy to order from and have a great after service unlike company’s overseas who become invisible when they have your money.

Absolutely not worth the effort with Pakatak. I’m owed money for a couple of weeks now for a product that didn’t even arrive and now I’m having to call them everyday and all I get is a recorded voice.

An excellent product, delivered promptly, for a reasonable price.

I’m really happy with the window camera and the fast delivery. The product came with very clear instructions so even a technophobe like me understood and set the device up in about 2 minutes. I would really recommend this business and will definitely use them again.

Great product - excellent service.

Alan was most helpful in identifying the part I required to repair damage and dispatched part same day.
Unfortunately post lost part and Alan promptly dispatched a replacement.

Delivery to local postoffice will use this again we had no problems at all

I was able to message through WhatsApp and received an instant reply to my query. Product arrived in good time. Very pleased with product.

Bought two of the car mini cameras from company. Arrived promptly.
There was an issue with setting the cameras up and one wasn't working properly.
Got in touch with Alan and got to say the customer service was excellent. Got the one camera set up and the other one replaced without quibble.
As I have said to Alan, sometimes things don't work and it is a reflection on the company on how this is dealt with. So 5 stars from me.
By the way the cameras are very good and will do the job I need them to do. They are compact and easy to hide inside the car. Picture quality is also very good.

Outstanding - they took a camera that had been dropped, and that other repairers wouldn't ever work, and made it work. They tested it to check it, and ensure that it worked in conditions similar to how I would used it.

speed of reply to WhatsApp question

Alan was very helpful when we contacted him to ask questions. We ordered on the 30th June and he emailed to say that is had just gone out of stock. Item was delivered on the 4th July, so not a long delay. The picture quality is really good even night vision.

Speedy delivery with a reputable courier delivery service.

Good product that works well. Only minor issue can not do recording overnight e.g. set timing to start at 23:00 and end time as 08:00 gives warning, "End time must be greater than start time."

Beautiful watering can. Well made, easy to carry and use even for sort person I m 5ft 2! Arrived with in few days of ordering, was well wrapped Arrived in perfect shape! Was delivered with care.

Phone to asked for advice about which camera to buy. Result: the cheaper of two quoted options - very pleasing.
Have used Pakatak cameras for several years. There is a real voice on the end of their phone

Was kept up to date with order, it was dispatched the next day
The window camera is easy to set up and very clear in day and night

Product arrived on time and worked as advertised. Good quality picture both day and night.
Minor issue with set up but resolved very quickly by the team.
