Very fast and quick door to door service very cooperative staff

Complete waste of time and money. The UK part works well enough and take your parcel in a timely manner. No communication on when the items will be shipped unless you chase them, disclaimer is they only insure your cargo for 100 pounds sterling, and once it reaches Pakistan (no confirmation just their word for it) it takes a further 6-8 weeks before you see anything materialised. V poor excuses and most of the reviews for this company are made up by internal staff. Avoid and pay a little more with a reputable company.

Sent a parcel took more than 8 weeks to get to Pakistan and it was the wrong one all items were missing no idea where my suitcase is and who has this the customer service is really poor absolutely disgusting service don’t use them 😡😡

I am really upset as paid extra for air cargo to get it delivered sooner but it has been a month and they have not delivered it. Wish I had read the comments before using them. They keep saying it's with customs but no further update.

After reviewing so many negative reviews I feel compelled to write about my own experience.

I sent approx 300 kg from london to lahore (not sent furniture) as I was moving back home after 11 years. I spoke to their team on phone and called a couple of times to make sure someone will definitely come. Ali bhai collected it on time. He didnt only load the stuff but helped me pack it and take it upstairs to ground floor. I got some discount too.

The package arrived in approx 6 to 7 weeks time. Some items were damaged including frames of paintings and some decoration pieces in spite of being wrapped in bubble. However Ali bhai did tell me that some damage is possible. The package also included 50 perfumes and all arrived safely. So it is always bit of a gamble.

I sent some small speakers and small appliances like microwave and they all arrived intact.

Over all I am very satisfied with my experience and hope this review helps the others too. I hope all of you get your stuff on time

Wont even give it 1 STAR
Waste of time this company. Sent items 3 months ago. Very poor service they say about 6 to 8 weeks the parcel will deliver now its more then 3 months ago still not received item. Still waiting when i call  Keep saying next week. Said will be deliverd by thursday, waited and then they say say another 10 days. They are full of lies.Will not let me talk to the manager or give me detail of warehouse in pakistan or phone number.No manners  on how to talk to  customers.

This company does not even deserve 1 star. I sent 50kg of stuff for poor family members. On sending, i was told 6 weeks maximum. When i inquired at 6 weeks i was told it would be delivered by the 11th of July, today.
I called and spoke to some guy called Ahmed who was rude and has no customer service skills. He said my stuff is in customs and will take another week. He was rude and just basically crap.
This is not what we agreed. Its a shame as i would have been using them regularly if they had fulfilled their remit. Never again.
This is why asians don't want to use asian companies. They are crap

Bunch of liars and they do not have manners to speak with customers. took air charges and promised to deliver stuff in 1 week and here you go today after 9 weeks stuff still not delivered, AVOID THESE LIARS
