Pakle Pickleball Reviews 

Ordered these balls two weeks ago and still have not arrived. It seems to be shipped from China directly and may be stuck in customs.

Very satisfied with Pakle’s products. If you could speed up delivery times that would be great

It is hard to give an accurate review when I am still waiting to receive my paddle ordered on 6/19

My order experienced an extreme delay due to your quality control. This is actually okay. What is not okay is that no one saw the need to reach out and warn of the delay. I had to realize the problem, inquire about it, then wait for someone to respond. The response did not include specifics as to the ship date. This is not good customer service at all.

Other then the lag time/delays in shipping from overseas and the Foreign Service fees from my bank to order internationally…I will say the communication with your company was very good with Jackson…your paddles and as I’ve discovered, accessories are really top notch 👍 looking forward to what you create next 🤔☺️ The Fuse paddles are amazing to play with..my Fuse hybrid finally just shipped…🤨 highly recommend your paddles

Well as like many reviewers, I hadn't heard of this company or Fuse paddle name. I thought I had found my go to paddle bring the Bread @Butter Loco and the Canadian made Lecornichon. I had debating whether to stick with the 11six24 or SLK Helix. BUT this paddle takes first place. Immense accuracy, power that naturally rolls off the surface and even my short play at the net has improved significantly. Now I know it's not the paddle that makes a player but in a very short period- less than 2 weeks, it's really made my playing companions talk more about the immediate impact it has had on my game. The sound of the paddle is very close if not the same as the the Selkirk Boomstick which is a huge plus. I may be thinking of a second one.

I first learned about a company called Pakle and their Fuse paddle through YouTube, which led me to purchase it. Although the company and the product are not very well known yet, I decided to trust the YouTuber’s review stating that Pakle is a highly anticipated company for the future, so I made the purchase.Since I live in South Korea, I had to buy the product through international shipping. As it was my first time buying something from overseas, I was quite worried. Products from other companies often have expensive shipping fees and high taxes, making it difficult for me to buy them without hesitation.However, Pakle's shipping fee is incredibly cheap compared to other products. On top of that, the price is exceptionally reasonable for the high quality of the product, so I could buy it freely without worrying about taxes.Also, when I contacted them with concerns about the delivery, I received a response via email right away. Their reply was incredibly fast and kind.The Pakle paddle is my very first international direct purchase. This entire experience has been a true pleasure for me.

Paddle paid on May 18, and its still now picked up by the carrier. Also inquire about bulk price. nobody responded.

I ordered a Fuse after reading reviews. The website said it was in stock. After a two days I received a note saying the paddle had been shipped. Over the next two days I tried tracking the shipment and it dead ended. I finally wrote the company and was told it was in the hands of the carrier and was expected to be released soon. More time passed and I finally cancelled the order. It took 3 emails. It was finally cancelled and I saw a pending refund in my credit card history. Instead of going through the pending transaction disappeared. I wrote the company and the gave me an ARN transaction number. I chatted with the credit card company (Citi Visa) and they said they had no record of the transaction. I wrote the company 3 more times and they gave the same response. I finally disputed the transaction and the dispute was resolved in my favor. Exerecise caution.

I love my Pakle Fuse pickleball paddle. The pop is awesome, the power amazing, and the control surprisingly wonderful. I have found a paddle that will grow with me. I no longer need to shop for a great paddle!! Thanks Pakle for such a fantastic pickleball paddle!

Item was never received. Paid $30 for shipping on top of price of item.

Speedy processing of orders and they even contacted me on which weight of the paddle they are send to me! Real personalised service!

This is my second 16 mm blade x paddles. I experienced better play than my previous apes pro line energy s.
I haven’t tried the 13mm yet
