We are absolutely delighted with our new website. From start to finish, the entire process was simple, transparent, and well managed. Every change requested was implemented quickly and without hesitation, which made the experience seamless and stress free.

I have to mention our project manager, Susan, who is a huge asset to the team. Her response times were excellent, nothing was too much hassle, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were happy at every stage of the project.

We also host our website with them, which I would highly recommend - especially for anyone who isn’t particularly IT-savvy. Their ongoing support is fantastic, and it’s reassuring to know that help is always there when needed.

The only piece of constructive feedback I would offer is to do your own research on which plugins are essential for your specific site. I was contacted by a different team member about additional plugins that weren’t necessary for our needs, but this was resolved with Susan’s help.
