Absolutely love it all!
Absolutely love all of the PaleoValley products we have tried- superfood bars, meat sticks, electrolyte powder, and Bone Broth protein powder! They are all yummy and super clean ingredients! The subscription makes it easy to keep our snacks stocked but is also extremely easy to make changes to your order each cycle (including the ship date or frequency so you are not stuck ordering products you don’t want or need). Autumn is a mom on a mission and I trust her products!

Golden Milk The New Gold Rush
40 years of caffeine addiction broken in 3 minutes. This product is amazing. I’ve tried 3 other mushroom based teas/drinks and they are all disgusting. Golden milk not only tastes great, it has an energy effect that is beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I initially designed my auto ship for 1 bag every 2 months and just changed it today to 2 bags per month. Can’t get enough. Thanks Paleo Valley.

Paleovalley offers subscription based
Paleovalley offers subscription based, repeat orders. I would have claimed a 30% discount subscription offer if the purchase agreement was that products never shipped without a confirmation response /email. I don't like anything fully automatic without a confirmation on my end. You can change the shipment date but its too easy to miss their auto email.

They sent the wrong flavor of beef…
They sent the wrong flavor of beef sticks (simple and easy human error) when contacted via email (simple and easy to find contact form on their website), they sent immediate communication back of when to expect a response. They are correcting the order with no work to be done on my side and , as a bonus, I get to try the flavor they accidentally sent!

I’ve ordered from here multiple times and really enjoy the quality and taste of all of the flavors. I’ve shared with many friends and family who all enjoy it as well. I once had one small issue with just one bag in the order, but customer service was very friendly and shipped out a replacement very quickly and easily. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a tasty and healthy treat, they are delicious!

Annoying, repetitive commercials
Every time I go on Youtube I see their commercials on video after video. I am so sick of hearing their name, I would never, ever buy their product.
And the idea they are running a special with a special price, but it's been running forever is insulting.

Amazing customer service support. They really stand by customer satisfaction. They answered and solved my issues right. I keep going back to order their products.
The protein bars are amazing. As well as the chocolate and salted caramel collagen.

This company is a great company with amazing products and their customer service is off the charts! I highly recommend their products. It’s hard to find good products that are grass fed and high quality. That being said I did have a bad batch of the meat sticks and they replaced them promptly. Rancid beef sticks
We ordered a 3 pack of their beef sticks. They were fine but expensive. We were eating them slowly so they'd last. Well they went rancid long long before their expiration date and were we're unable to eat probably half our order. So so much money wasted.
Their customer service team did zero to make it right except offer a 10% discount that's on their website already.
Will not be purchasing again from a company who doesn't stand by their product.

I'm an 80 year old woman trying to lose weight by intermittent fasting so I got three flavors of these Paleo meat sticks and I'm absolutely blown away! I've never eaten "grass fed" beef before so wasn't sure I would like the taste. But I'm very, very happy with my purchase and these will be my go-to meal/snacks for the duration. They are scrumptious!!!

What made my experience great was the immediate response to my inquiry regarding my tracking order. The response was less than 30 minutes. Biljana, the representative that contacted me had already looked into my order and saw that it indeed was delayed. Instead of me having to wait any longer she sent a new order to me immediately which I received within a day. What also made my experience great was, she gave me a coupon code for my next online order. This is excellent customer service! Love the Product - Not the Delivery Service
While I love the product and the fact that there is so much thought and effort behind every aspect of high quality food, I wish Paleovalley used a better and more efficient method of delivery. I ordered 3 packages of beef sticks on October 18 and did not receive them until October 29. I was hoping to have them delivered much sooner to provide my boys with healthy snacks prior to their volleyball practices and games. The company did offer a discount on my next order, but I’m hesitant to order again if it takes almost 2 full weeks to receive.
