Pallas Growth buys houses for cash across 13 states, helping homeowners explore a direct, as-is sale. We work with owners of inherited homes, vacant properties, rentals, and houses that need repairs, as well as people navigating a move, divorce, or financial pressure. Our process starts with your property details and photos. We review the information, discuss a preliminary offer, and assess repairs during an inspection before finalizing the offer. You can review the price, inspection period, and closing conditions before deciding, with no obligation to accept. You do not need to renovate your home before selling to us. Price and costs are agreed in writing, and closing depends on title and contract requirements. We coordinate timing around your situation and explain the steps along the way. We serve Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, upstate New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. Through Pallas Investor Deals, investors can also join our list for off-market opportunities that match their buying criteria. Visit pallasgrowth.com to learn about our process, check the areas we serve, or request a no-obligation cash offer.

Went through a divorce last year and the house was the most stressful part of the whole thing. My ex and I tried listing the property and it sat for a few months. It got to a point we both just wanted to put this behind us and a friend recommended I talk to Zach. Genuinely wish I'd called sooner.
Inherited my uncle's house earlier this year and had no idea where to start. The probate process was already stressful enough and the last thing I wanted was to deal with a house across the country. A friend suggested reaching out to Pallas Growth and I'm glad I did. Zachary walked me through everything, was upfront about the offer, and didn't push me to decide fast. We closed on my timeline which meant a lot given everything going on. Would recommend to anyone dealing with an estate situation.
