Ive just gone through hell with a leasehold property of mine. The maintenance company wouldn't put my sale through (part bullying and part loss of fees). I sold it again and the local solicitor and agent mucked me about. I tried selling it at auction, I couldnt because of the above (details in the legal pack) so, I had to sell it out of auction for peanuts. A beautiful flat on Margate beach. Corruption and incompetence.
Palmers in Chafford Hundred handled the final sale for me. I cannot emphasise enough just how brilliant they were from the receptionist right up to the legal team. They took each call, were professional, succinct, fastidious, kind, prompt, curtious, educated, I am simply blow away by my experience with them. After a categorical, curtain call, of carnage, Palmers let my pain simply melt away.

We appointed Palmers to manage the sale and purchase of our new home and I have been delighted with the service throughout. It was a lengthy process, coming to a head just before Christmas.
I would particularly like to thank Shihan Nagoor for his assistance and patience throughout this whole process. It was extremely stressful, especially the last few weeks but Shihan and his team were responsive, helpful, calm and clear throughout.

Worked to complete a Divorce,took over a year of causing me stress and frustration.Having to check everything for mistakes.Avoid, they have little expertise and make so many errors it is shocking.I wish I had read the reviews on here before contacting them.I have had to contact them again last week to rectify a mistake on a legal document and had no reply from an email.It seems once you've paid they are not interested in rectifying any mistakes made by them. I would have put no stars on here if I could.overall a dreadful experience.Grays Branch.
