Today I visit Westfield Stratford mall and Pan n ice made my day. Staff are really nice they help me to choose from number of option and I love the way they made it. Taste is amazing best for weekends when you want to relax and enjoy with family

Unfortunately I am so disappointed…
Unfortunately I am do disappointed there are just 2 are working and people pay at the cashier without stopping then the line was till the end of the mall ????!!!!!! There is even no space to sit or wait it is crazy to let people pay and wait more than one hour for icecream
I suggest if there are just two workers so just let 2 persons pay give them their icecream and then let other 2 to pay what you are doing is creally un beleivable so frustrated with the organization and coordination

Unbearably slow
Unbearably slow! There was hardly anyone in the line and yet the staff were half asleep and took over 30 minutes to be served with only one person in front of me. Would never come back!
