I Recently ordered 48 lengths of loglap cladding to clad my featheredge shed. It was delivered resonably quickly but they didn't inform me it was going to be delivered on the day, (hence 4 stars instead of 5).I wasn't home and it was left in my front garden for anyone to steal, however, it wasn't stolen thankfully and each length of timber was of the very best quality no warped or bent boards, no cracking and not too many knots. I would definitly reccommend this company for quality.

My experience of your Panelling Direct
My experience of your customer service was very poor in my opinion. I left several messages and emails and I’m still awaiting a reply. I eventually cancelled my order and still waiting for the money to be sent to my PayPal account. I would certainly not recommend you to my colleagues in the trade. Having eventually spoke to someone I was told on the Monday the weekly routes were being planned that day on the Thursday I was then told it would be the following week, when I mentioned I was told the route was supposed to have been planned four days before all I got was stuttering and emmmmmmmmmm
