This company and in particular Jake are fantastic. They have supplied my parents with their oil for many years now but they have gone above and beyond in this last year.
Due to changing circumstances (a bereavement) I contacted them to review the account and they were so helpful. Not only did they add me as the account contact to take the pressure off my Mum, adjust the direct debit payment and immediately issued a refund, my Mum received an email from the company with their condolences on losing her husband.
Jake rang me several times to keep me updated on the situation and even recognised my number when I called him.
Just recently, after placing an order for a full delivery, I received a call from Jake to check if we still wanted to have the full delivery, given the sudden increase in oil prices, or if we'd like to have a partial fill.
In a commercial world that appears to place profits over people, it is refreshing to find a company that definitely puts it's customers first. Thank you

I have used Par Petroleum for my heating oil for over 25 years, which speaks for itself really. I have always had excellent prompt service and the staff are very helpful and friendly (from the office staff to the delivery drivers). I have run out of oil on a couple of occasions and each time they have gone out of their way to ensure I received a delivery as soon as possible. I can't recommend Par Petroleum enough! Thank you!

I've used Par Petroleum for almost 30 years.
I remain with them because of the excellent service they've always given me.
Over the years I've actually ran out of fuel and they've always turned up the same day and saved me !
I know if I ring them they answer the phone promptly and always look after me, that's real quality service !
