A fair service
I would just like to say that I like the fairness to access to product, considering how hard it is to purchase Pokémon product online these days. All they expect is some level of loyalty and in return you get future access to upcoming drops. Pricing is decent and delivery and packaging has been great. I would happily purchase again from Parabox Games

Always had a positive experience ordering with Parabox. They always do their best to get pokemon products in to the hands of people who genuinely enjoy the hobby and have some really good measures in place to combat bots and scalpers

Excellent service, great way to handle drops
I placed an order for a Booster Box of Chaos Rising and to my surprise it arrived the very next day. Super impressed with the level of service. The queue system was also implemented fair and clear - there was a published time where the drop was happening.
It makes getting hold of product at retail feel achievable rather than having to be "in the know" about stock drops at store XYZ etc.
I will be ordering from Parabox in the future!

We’d like to clarify that this was an invite-only release designed to help prevent bots and create a fairer purchasing process for genuine customers. Full release details were communicated directly to invited members in advance, including which products would be included in the drop, covering both the Chaos Rising release items and additional exclusive Pokémon products.
Purchase access was limited to invited customers, with purchase limits also in place to help distribute stock as fairly as possible. Invitations were sent to our newsletter subscribers and members, and customers are welcome to join our newsletter to be eligible for future invite-only releases and updates.
Demand at launch significantly exceeded expectations, with high numbers of customers attempting to access the site as the release went live, meaning some products sold through very quickly.
We completely understand the frustration of missing out, but we reject the suggestion that customers were intentionally misled. At the same time, we’re thrilled that so many customers were able to get the products they wanted, and we’re excited to see our community enjoy opening and collecting these releases.

Saving the hobby!
This is the only shop I've managed to get some pokemon cards from! They do their all to cater to fans and not scalpers, such as offering codes. I'm so thankful to them, I'm autistic and collecting pokemon cards means a lot to me, it's my happiness. But due to the way people are abusing the system, it's been impossible to continue. I don't know what I'd do without Parabox Games
