Fantastic customer service and product. Plastic part on an elliptical broke after many years, reached out to Paradigm and a replacement was shipped ASAP.

I don’t normally assemble stuff. That gene is recessive in me, a male. But I did assemble this rack and it was pretty easy. Like others have said, the assembly instructions are first-rate. Assembled, this rack is strong and stable on a concrete floor in the garage.

Annoyingly, the box was missing a bracket so I had to wait four days to receive the missing part. I just don’t understand why companies don’t weigh bags of parts to see if they are underweight and therefore missing something.

I emailed customer service last Saturday, got a reply plus tracking number on Monday and received the part today. 30 mins later and it’s fully assembled.

I’ve been putting off buying a squat rack for years and now that I have this one, I realize how foolish that decision to delay was. Just buy this rack!

I had a slight issue with my Exerpeutic 975SL inversion table, due to the fact it came with no instruction manual. The reason I gave 5 stars, was due to the customer service received. After discovering I had no assembly instructions, I contacted Paradigm, they immediately emailed me a PDF file, and FedEx’d a hard copy to my home.
I’ve been using gravity inversion therapy for back pain, over 30 years, the Exerpeutic table is by far the most comfortable and effective machine I’ve ever used. Why pay $100-$200+ extra, for the heavily advertised, “as seen on tv” inversion system, when you can get something every bit as effective, and immensely more comfortable, at a much better price?

Had a missing piece when the box became ripped in shipping. They immediately replaced it! Great service

There was no hassle to get my part replaced. They simply listened to my concerns and processed a replacement. The entire process was extremely quick (literally 24 hours from submission to shipping notification), and multiple follow ups to ensure my issue was truly resolved.

Ordered the Desk Bike and I just love it. So smooth and quiet, plus so convenient to be able to work and bike at the same time. The desktop is very versatile, such that I pull it towards me when pedaling, or I can push it away from me and use it as a standing desk.
It was also extremely easy to assemble. Everything fit perfectly, except they sent two right pedals and no left. I followed the instructions in the manual and sent them an email. I had the correct pedal within one week. Very satisfied.

Extremely quick response and replacement shipped out immediately. Very impressed.

I contacted customer service because the display on the treadmill did not show the distance I was walking. They responded the same day with a YouTube video for a fix. The fix did not work and I contacted customer service again, including a picture of the set-up. They responded the next business day saying I needed a new sensor. The sensor arrived within 3-4 business days and resolved the issue.

My Exerpuetic 440XL treadmill was automatically set to the maximum speed when I increase the speed gradually, which is dangerous for older people. I contacted Paradigm, shown them a video of what happened and they determined I need to replace the electronic console, too bad my unit was out of warranty and need to purchase the parts. They shipped out quickly and it was easy to replace, and now the treadmill is working like it used to again.

In setting up a home gym we purchased a Paradigm Exerpeutic Magnetic Upright Exercise Bike with Heart Pulse Sensors. Love it! But we didn't realize that exercise bikes can come with seat handlebars and back support. Since we love the exercise bike we wanted to keep it and just add the seat handlebars. Luckily I had the opportunity to work with one of Paradigm's customer care folks who helped me work out the purchase of the parts needed. I was refused such parts by other sources so I was delighted. The parts fit well making the exercise bike more comfortable to use. (We were aware that such alterations negated the warranty on the bike.)

1. Product setup instructions
- these were about the best set of instructions I have ever had to work with
- only exception was near the end, where not enough info was provided to ensure the seat was properly adjusted
- although minor, it caused the tracking of rows to fail, ergo there was a lack of proper Quality Testing

2. The website for creating a Support Ticket failed to acknowledge the ticket was received
- this lead to several wasted efforts on my part to get any service, to the point I complained and abandoned the search for help
- I resigned myself to return the product

3. 2 days later, confirmation was received that the Support Ticket was processed

4. Following the instructions from the Support Ticket which included a video of common problems with setup, I discovered the exact issue and spent a considerable amount of time filling out the form to replace a part

5. The part did come approx. 3 days later

6. As result, the product was not returned

7. unexpectedly, there was a Heart Monitor that came attached to the outside of the Carton. The Heart Monitor is an excellent addition to the whole experience with a website that allows for watching videos of rivers and trails while rowing

8. Final statement, Paradigm would do well to source manufacturing anywhere but China. Had it been clear this was Made in China, the sale would never have been made. There are many other countries that can provide manufacturing under license. I would have paid more $$$ to avoid supporting the Chinese economy

I bought my rowing machine from Amazon, and as numerous reviews attest, it arrives as a very well packaged product. Instructions for assembly were straightforward and product went together easily.

One part was damaged on arrival, but simply scanning bar code on the assembly instructions, a guided email with photos and a few days later the replacement part was delivered. An easy painless experience.

My bench came with a missing part put they quickly sent me a replacement at no extra charge.

The phone did not work, but email got an instant response. The parts we needed were received in two days!
