You didn’t inform us who won the competition that I entered. You need to do better.

Excellent communication, if you're lucky and win they send the prize very quickly, with no fuss. If you don't win the draws are live to watch on fb where they sometimes give out site credit. The info about tickets entered into each prize is available to see on their website, so if you dont win - you're able to confirm it's all fair.

I made a negative comment on one of their winners posts about one player winning a lot my comments were deleted and I was blocked which seems a bit suspicious. It seems this company doesn’t like being questioned. The same player won two huge amounts in their monthly draws. I have won a few instant wins in their monthly draws in the past with this company so it’s not all bad I just didn’t like how my comments were deleted and I was blocked for one negative feedback comment. By the way it wasn’t about me not winning but about someone else winning every week.

There's a lot of bad reviews about this site saying they didn't win. It's a competition you don't win the lottery every week running. I've bought a few random tickets over the last year but hadn't won until recently, however I won a guitar with them recently. They phoned me shortly after the draw but I didn't watch it because I was busy. I really wanted the guitar but I went for the cash alternative instead because we really needed it. It was in my bank account 20 minutes later. Cannot fault them in any way. You won't win all the time do the maths on the odds. Great professional company.

I've been trying to win an inflatable tent, but alas, luck isn't on my side at the moment.

Paragon is a a great "Pay-To-Play" comp site. They offer an amazing range of prizes, and even accept ideas of what prizes they should do next. I've played a lot with them and have been lucky enough to win one main prize, and a few instant wins too. Thier customer service and prize fulfilment has been brilliant - I would happily recommend them as a reputable, and trustworthy comp site.

The community of players also seems really friendly too - I enjoy spending time watching the live comp streams, and although i've probably spent too much money on entries..i still feel like I get value for money..

First time using this site. Bought £20 of tickets and won a double trainset on my first attempt. Took a cash alternative instead of the prize I won which was paid out and in my account within 24 hours.

Bought ticket for draw on Friday for draw on Monday, won, had prize on Thursday.

Over the past years I have had a fair few wins.
Not played so much lately. But went in for a big one and only went and won the main prize! The new website is great and easy to navigate. I had a form in my account and I had to fill it in and give my ID. The money was in my account the same night! Happy days! Thanks so much!
