Delivery and packaging very good. Plant well protected. Good instructions before and after planting. Flower buds about to open.

Disappointing on all fronts. First delivery date was missed without explanation. Second delivery date was set to a day when I was away on business. Despite six phone calls, the date was not moved and I had to leave a conference early to accept delivery. The driver left the pallet kerbside as no note was given to drop them to the door, although I was assured this had been arranged.
The plants themselves were in a poor condition with dropping yellowing leaves and heavily stained from copper sulphide spray. I would not use this company again. A disorganised operation, poor customer service and low quality plants.

What a place! I visited on Friday had excellent advice from Raff… Thank you so much. Went away, read the plant descriptions on their extensive brilliant website and went back today to make my purchase. I will definitely be back. Superb customer service, fantastic place. And thank you to the kind member of staff that turned the hose pipe down my ‘ol dog could have a drink! Absolutely 100% recommend Paramount. Thank you

Top quality mature stock with great customer service and prompt delivery thank you

My partner and I purchased 9 pleached Portuguese laurels and had a great experience with Paramount Plants. We were able to pick a delivery day and after a slight miscommunication with the delivery company they rectified it very quickly. The trees arrived looking healthy and the foliage provided much better cover than I had hoped for straight away which was a bonus. They've been planted and I'm excited to see them fill out over the years. They've really upgraded how our garden feels and add a touch of class! Note to anyone buying the root ball variant- they were extremely heavy, we managed it with 2 of us but it was a big job.

Very disappointed with the whole experience.
Initially, I was delivered a feathered tree instead of the standard form I ordered, so I returned it. The delivery driver even suggested I could just cut the lower branches off myself, which already raised concerns.
After another long wait for a replacement, I finally received the trees (Carpinus betulus ‘Frans Fontaine’), but they are still not true standard specimens. The trunks are covered in fresh pruning cuts all the way up, clearly showing that the lower branches have simply been removed to create the appearance of a clear stem.
The crown starts too low and isn’t properly formed either. These are not properly grown standard trees, just altered feathered stock.
This is not what was advertised and not what I paid for. It also means more maintenance going forward, as they will likely keep producing shoots along the trunk.
Very frustrating experience and I would not recommend.

Put a big order together, Some great items but some dead on arrival . Have emailed them but no response unfortunately.

I was really apprehensive about buying a pleached hedge because it seemed a very ambitious project for an inexperienced gardener like myself. However I received lots of advice and guidance from the team and finally took the plunge and went ahead with the purchase. The plants arrived in a lovely condition and are coming along nicely. I’m looking forward to seeing them established and creating the privacy hedge that I’ve wanted for years but never had the courage to do anything about. Thank you Paramount Plants, especially the customer service team who helped me so much with completing the project successfully.

Staff knowledgeable and patient when asked a million questions! Very happy with price, didn’t think pleached trees were in our budget. Will definitely be back and recommend.

OK I hate to do this but the Photinia and Jasmin were so pot bound I had to cut the pots to get them out. The Mahonia had vine weevil !!! and I had to buy an organic cure . I'll let them off the Bamboos being pot bound as that can happen very quickly with them .In their defence I did buy these at reduced prices , so one can only assume that was why they were reduced.

I was given helpful information on the arrival of my plants. They are strong healthy specimens and I’m very pleased with them. I like how I was given follow up information about how to maintain and look after them. When browsing the Paramount website the information about the size of the plants is excellent.

Easy to order, very helpful phone conversation and arrived as specified pin time. Plants in excellent condition.
