Ordered an e-gift card and was charged…

Ordered an e-gift card and was charged in GBP (£75). When the confirmation arrived it was in US dollars ($75). After quering this I was told this would recitfy itself when I ordered any goods. Having just tried to order, it has, as expected, deducted $75 from my purchase but bizarrely also deducted some form of exchange rate as well.

Don’t even deserve 1 star.

Don’t even deserve 1 star.
My order was supposed to be delivered in June and it still isn’t with me.
Customer help is not even worth having when they don’t respond to multiple requests for assistance.
No number in the UK to contact them.
Avoid at all costs.

No Customer Service

Same as other reviews, customer service does not exist. No telephone number to contact, and no response to emails.
Order keeps showing as its processing on website, and in the SHOP app just shows as preparing shipment, been a month now and no delivery updates.
I just want my order or even an update, or just a refund.
The company are happy to take your money, but not give you anything for it.
Will never use again!

I ordered a Section 31 comm badge

I ordered a Section 31 comm badge. Over a week ago. I still haven't received it and the DHL delivery app indicates that it is still sitting somewhere in the USA. No customer service phone number and opening a complaint is useless as they just ignore it. The fifteen percent discount didn't apply, so I had to pay full price for the badge. I made a complaint about this and was told that someone would contact me. A week later and still no reply from Paramount. Won't be ordering anything else from them as this bad experience has been enough! Buy your Star Trek goods elsewhere if you can.

I ordered 2 yeti mugs starfleet academy design on the same day i received 1 mug but have yet to receive 2nd .mug despite numerous requests to the shop helpline no reply i definitely will not be using this shop again

Missing item, poor customer service

I ordered a t-shirt and a decal. One parcel arrived containing the t-shirt but no decal. Assuming it was in a separate parcel still on its way, I waited for another parcel to arrive. Nothing.

I reached out to customer service to query whether a separate parcel was on its way with the missing item.

It took a week to get a reply, which then asked for a photo of the packaging and the item I did receive. Given the time it took to receive a reply, I think it unreasonable to expect me to still have the packaging, and I don’t understand what bearing a photo of the item that DID arrive has on the MISSING item.

I replied explaining that I didn’t have the packaging and if a photo of the item that did arrive was needed I could send one, but as it had been worn since it would need to wait as it was being washed at the moment.

My reply was ignored and my case closed with no further contact or remediation. I am still missing my ordered item.

I purchased an item from the Yellowstone shop which was the incorrect size. My fault entirely. I have asked for a return label on 3 separate occasions and heard absolutely nothing back.
This level of service is beyond comprehension. My requests have been acknowledged but I have not heard anything from the customer service department.

An absolute joke

An absolute joke. Ordered items 3 weeks ago and they haven't been delivered. This joke of a company won't even respond to emails. I will be escalating the matter to the consumer authority. How Paramount can operate like this is beyond me

Don't order from these guys

Don't order from these guys. Whilst this shop isn't run by Paramount themselves, it is still subcontracted to a company called Snow Commerce which is tarnishing the trust I had in Paramount. The execs at Paramount need to urgently re-evaluate the company that runs their merch offering online as they're currently not responding to emails, order status not updated for almost a week and thank goodness I paid using PayPal as they instantly refunded me. Time wasted!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. The only way to contact them is through their website. Their response time to inquiries or returns is delay, delay, delay! It's best to purchase items paying VIA PayPal, then once you file a dispute with Paramount, suddenly they respond. Buyer beware.

Disappointing

I ordered a sweatshirt and tshirt from the paramount shop thinking it would be better quality than if I had ordered from one of the other companies making printed garments. I received them and the print job is awful. I was expecting silkscreen but these are direct to garment jet print. Took forever to get, probably because they print to order rather than having stocked items. Where the hell do you go to get anything of quality these days?

I would caution anyone against ordering…

I would caution anyone against ordering from here.

First, I tried to cancel one of two orders that I accidentally put in twice. Literally seconds after placing it. I was referred to customer service who refused to cancel it and told me I could return the items according to policy when I receive them. Ok, fine. My mistake on the duplicate order.

Second, I was charged for but haven't received either order. It's "shipped" via 3 different services and not moving in any of them. The one that answered my inquiry said they have a number but no product from the vendor.

Awful experience and very disappointing since I really wanted the items but I will never try again.

Update a month later: 44 days after placing the order, I haven't received a single item. I've emailed them more times than I care to count. There is no phone option. I finally requested and was refused a refund for an undelivered product. They told me I needed to contact the courier(s).

It's not even about the money. I've spent more in time than the items are even worth. It's just so frustrating and my worst online shopping experience ever.

I would be VERY CAUTIOUS if you decide…

I would be VERY CAUTIOUS if you decide to place an order with this business. I bought a T -shirt (average quality materials with what appears as silk screen print on) a couple of weeks ago. The delivery charge for the T shirt - which was probably around 200g in weight and easily packed- was a ridiculous £14 ...FOURTEEN POUNDS!! on top of the £24 for the t shirt. The return address is in the UK and the delivery address to me is also in the UK. I recently bought two lamps from Currys (UK) with weight of about 3kg , there was no delivery charge whatsoever , delivery charges from places like Argos are usually £3.99.....Paramount shop is ripping customers off with extortionate delivery charges , and when i complained to customer service at Paramount Shop the person dealing with my complaint merely sent of a pre written template saying that this is what the couriers charge. I DO NOT recommend this shop at all. PLEASE be very aware of the delivery charge if you intend purchasing from them. The products they feature are not shipped from abroad they are from the Paramount shop in the UK...so the delivery charges they impose are what appears to be profiteering on a grand scale. BE AWARE folks.

Paramount Shop by name but no importance given to product delivery

Paramount Shop in the US sells collectables which the consumer would hope would be delivered in an appropriate packaging that protects the item from damage.

Paramount by name but not by actions - my delivery was sent in a flimsy plastic bag and many items were damaged and protruding from the bag upon delivery. My purchase was certainly not treated as important and was sent without a care in the world in my opinion.
