My experience with ParcelConnect has been dreadful from start to finish.
The website is barely usable:
• I couldn’t create an account without errors.
• Password resets never reached my inbox.
• When I finally managed to sign up, the system rejected every address I entered with the vague message “Please use some other address.”
• The order confirmation email linked to a non-existent tracking page (404 error).
• Even on the real tracking page, my label ID wasn’t recognised.
Customer support was no better. It took more than 48 hours to hear back, only after I chased through a Fastway rep. My parcel, due for collection the next day, wasn’t picked up at all. Two days later, support admitted, “ParcelConnect never passed this collection over to us.” They said it would be five days after the scheduled date before it could be collected.
I had no confidence it would ever be delivered, so I booked a same-day service with Captain Courier instead. Within ten minutes my order was confirmed, the courier arrived in under an hour, and the parcel was delivered within two. Night and day compared to ParcelConnect.
To make matters worse, when I requested a refund I was told that despite emailing support@parcelconnect, the person replying actually worked for Fastway, not ParcelConnect, and couldn’t help me. They directed me back to ParcelConnect—who have no other contact details listed.
Finally, I was told my refund would take up to four weeks. You took my money instantly but expect me to wait a month for it back? Unacceptable.
This has been the single worst delivery experience I’ve ever had: broken systems, poor communication, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid ParcelConnect and use a competitor instead.

guess what almost 6 days in and still the customer has not recieved the parcel worth over 400 euros has now made its way to galway portarlington wicklow and now dublin adn still has not reached its destination customer now demanding a full refund which is not gonna happen until i see wher my parcel is as what im getting at is tat parcel conenct are causing this and still no one knows where the hell this package is its a joke beware highest prices lowest service

What a disaster
What a disaster. Parcel connect lost my parcel and I'm still waiting for a reply from their so called customer service a week later after multiple emails. No phone number listed to talk to anybody. I've had to replace the contents out of my own pocket and resent it (with a different courier company obviously) yesterday. And guess what... it was delivered this morning!!!! I will not be using this company again...
Nearly out of business
After what feels like an epic quest across the city, I’ve concluded that your parcel drop-off locations are either mythical or part of some elaborate social experiment.
Today, I visited four of your listed drop-off points. One was permanently closed (and possibly haunted), another simply didn’t exist (just a nice patch of grass), the third said “we don’t take those anymore,” and the last told me “try again next week.” I half expected a riddle at the door or a quest from a wizard.
Your website confidently lists these locations as active, but reality says otherwise. I suggest a serious update—or a treasure map, since that might be more accurate.
As a result, I still have the parcel. We've grown quite close. I’m considering naming it and taking it on vacation since I clearly won’t be sending it anywhere soon.
On a more serious note, this has caused frustrating delays and wasted time. I’d like this formally logged as a complaint. Please provide a reference number so I can follow up—assuming I don’t age into a new postal era by then.
Funny puns aside, I have contacted them multiple times and even though their automated email would say that they would be back to you within 48h, is quite clear that the only employee that still works for them spends all day just deleting emails. No need for bad reviews, this company would auto destroy itself in 3, 2, 1....

I went to 7 different shops in Dublin City Centre and none of them were using Parcel Connect anymore . All of them are still showing on your map worse service ever
Avoid if at all possible
I returned a parcel from ASOS woth parcel connect to an apple green in kilkenny. 4 Weeks later I contacted ASOS and they hadn't received the parcel. I attempted to contact parcel connect but they only have an email address. I received a generic reply 48 hours later saying they were busy and would reply in due course. I have attempted to contact them repeatedly since and nobody has reverted to me. I went to the shop to see if they could help and low and behold, my parcel, along woth about 100 others were in a big box waiting to be collected. The shop advised that they too had been trying to contact t parcel connect to collect the parcels and had gotten nowhere. I retreived my parcel from them and am now stuck woth Jeans I didn't want as it was past the ASOS returns time. This company are worse than useless. Avoid if at all possible.
This service is far from convenient
I have been to three Spar shops in Limerick to use their Parcel Connect service to return a purchase to ASOS but in each store the staff told me that required scanner or printer was broken. Terrible service. Sort it out Fastway and while your at it, please sort out the locations map on your website.
Missing parcel. No Customer Service available.
I am finding it hard to believe that there are some satisfied customers using Parcel Connect / Fastway service in Ireland. My parcel was apparently delivered to the collection point at my local Applegreen fuel station but after checking the CCTV it looks like there was no courier to be seen at that specified time based on the tracking history. There is no phone or chat you can use only generic web form. Parcel is gone.
Parcel gone; they won’t respond
Who writes all these reviews? There is no customer service. I sent them an email Friday. Got an automated response with a reference number. 48 hours it said before i would hear back. It’s now the following Thursday and they still haven’t responded. I have since sent 3 emails stating that i am waiting. Their driver left parcel outside premises, didn’t attempt to contact the person being delivered to, and now nobody knows where the parcel is. Stolen most likely. Appalling service. Use DPD or anyone else
