Shame on this company. If you are considering using them, just don't. Unless you want a ton of negative reviews and chargebacks from customers that expected their delivery on time. Pathetic.
Edit: Well here we go again, 4 weeks have passed by. The contact person at Parcelhub is deliberately avoiding my calls. they haven't found my stock yet, I haven't received any compensation for it either. If you think this problem will go away just by avoiding me you are dead wrong. In fact, I am considering a lawsuit now.
This is the most pathetic and useless…
This is the most pathetic and useless company out there. My 3PL use them and I’ve had a terrible experience with them. Orders stuck at the label created stage for over a week, causing massive reputstional damage. On top of that, they sent my packages to the wrong warehouse and now I have plenty of stock lost. Absolute clowns
Edit: they ask for my details after this review, I give them my phone number, no call. It’s just incredible
I had a very disappointing experience with ParcelHub France
My parcel was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I did not get any notification by email or SMS, which is required to collect a parcel from the designated pickup point.
When I went personally to the pickup location, they confirmed that they never received the parcel. This is extremely frustrating, especially as this was a high-value order.
It is unacceptable that the tracking shows “delivered” without any proof of delivery. I hope ParcelHub France urgently investigates this issue and improves their delivery process.
This experience has been very stressful, and I cannot recommend ParcelHub France until they fix these issues.

It's a shame I have to give them one star. I'm a small business owner locked into a contract with these clowns. Terrible service, no answers to problems, impossible to claim for delayed or damaged parcels. I'm being charged for mistakes they made in setup and integration. No interest in engaging - still waiting for a resolution to an issue from JUNE. Happy to take my money and provide a rubbish service. I send live products and can't claim if a 48hr service takes 10 days to arrive apparently. They hide behind a 'best endeavours' clause in the contract which appears to mean that couriers can take as long as they want to deliver no matter what service you use - because they're really trying apparently! Small businesses - DO NOT USE! You've been warned. I've lost dozens of customers because of them - you will too.

Dear person reading this at Parcel Hub, I have tried calling 0200 500 2623 but there is no reply. Yesterday I was waiting all day for a package from your company. No one rang the bell, no one put a packet in through the front, no one entered the gate. Today, on eBay I see the package says ‘DELIVERED'. It was NOT delivered. Maybe it was delivered, but not to the correct address.
I think you should ask your couriers to take a photo of delivery otherwise there is no proof of delivery.
Please help me locate the courier who delivered my package and help me find my package and can you ask them where they delivered it to?

opened the account and I had to travel emergency due to family breavement they contacted the solictor and applied for CCJ.
No contact whatso ever and charged me legal cost and unable to get through to the account manager.
I even put the account on hold and let them know I have to travel in emergency

Total waste of time
I asked for a quote for delivery services for my business. After wasting my time with 2 phone calls collecting various details, they never even bothered to get back to me with a price. What is the point in companies like this? You could have at the very least made a courtesy call to say you don't want my money.

Absolutely useless as a buyer
Absolutely useless as a buyer. Seller gives you a tracking number but parcelfarce refuse to deal with you as you are not the one that sent the item. What is the point of a tracking number then?? Are shown as having had the parcel for 7 days then it appears to have been lost. No updates, nothing. Waste of space company. I will ask any online retailer in future if they use parcelfarce and if so I will take my business elsewhere.

Order a parcel from a seller on Amazon. They sent the parcel via The Parcel Hub. On the tracking earlier today, the order details showed that my order was going to be delivered earlier this evening. Delivery time has been and gone, and no sign of my order, and the delivery time that was showing earlier has now disappeared, and now says order being delivered Friday (today), but the time is now 20:20, and nothing delivered. Will think twice about ordered anything from thus independent supplier again in the future.....I require reliable deliveries when I place online orders. The Parcel Hub are evidently not really reliable!
2 days before they collect parcel from…
2 days before they collect parcel from supplier with parcel due to be delivered on 13th June. Now 1400hrs on the 14th and still no parcel. Alleged to be out for delivery.....ummm. Even supplier is fed up with this firm.
The best courier experience I've had in over 20 years!
I've had a ParcelHub account for about 4 months. So far I'm impressed. I drop parcels off at the depot each day and the lads at the depot seem to genuinely look after the parcels and handle them carefully. My account manger Sophie has been great answering queries promptly and explaining how to use the billing portal etc.

I have been working with Parcelhub for about 4 years, they prived me with all my shipping services ~250k parcels a year. The service I get from them is first class and Gary Mileham our account manage provides me with an excellent level of support.

Parcelhub are a very good company to work with. We have been using them for years as our shipping solution for all of our online orders and shipping. They offer very competitive rates and a great level of service. We also have an account manager, Gary, who is very responsive and always goes the extra mile. I would recommend Parcelhub to anyone looking for a shipping solution.

Parcel Hub have now been collecting from our business for over 10 weeks now and I can only say the service has been excellent. The proactive team that looks after mistakes on parcel deliveries is one of the best parts of the team. This team has saved us a lots of time chasing up failed deliveries through bad addresses. The account manager and his team have been great as well, always reply to emails and call backs. My review will change to 5 stars if this level of service is maintained over the coming months.
ParcelHub are awesome and hassle free
ParcelHub are awesome and hassle free, initially we had some integration issues but was promptly resolved. We had been using Royal mail for all of our orders and having to spend a lot of time (daily) on Royal mail admin and chasing up missing packages, we suffered a lot of lost parcels and unlike Parcel Hub, Royal Mails claims process is not quick and involves a lot of work. Where as ParcelHub Have successfully delivered well over 5000 packages with no discrepancies or lost packages. overall they are impressive, keep up the good work ParcelHub.
