Extremely disrespectful treatment and unrealistic work expectations
My experience collaborating with Parcero was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
During my short time working with the company, I was expected to work very long hours, including nights and weekends, under constant pressure and unrealistic expectations regarding availability and communication.
Despite the level of effort and commitment required, the compensation I ultimately received was shockingly low and did not remotely reflect the amount of work performed. The payment was also significantly delayed after multiple follow-ups.
What concerned me the most was the overall lack of professionalism, organization, and respect toward collaborators. I joined with the intention of contributing serious technical value, but instead experienced chaotic processes, poor communication, and management practices that appeared highly inefficient.
Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage both collaborators and clients to carefully evaluate expectations, communication practices, and working conditions before engaging with this company.
