Customer support is 1/5.
There are a lot of updates needed to get the best experience, for example, reticle design issues - it's a struggle to see the reticle during a sunrise or sunset.
I love the tech and the quality of the Night Stalker digital scope series, but I wouldn't buy again only for one reason - reticle design.
Giving 2 stars because customer support is ignoring me, especially a woman called Judy [senior product manager].
