I’m really enjoying the way the education is set up and progresses. I’m torn on whether I think I’d prefer a standalone app to the browser tab or not. Also not sure if I can revisit previous days/sections but would be nice if I could.

Paid the amount; never used the service in the end. Then found out they charged me $100 dollars for what? I dont actually know. I paid a one off fee NOT a subscription. I would seriously advise parenrts to NOT use this service as it appears to be a con.

EDIT: they have offered giving me half my money back, which means they knew that this payment was not authorised by me. To reiterate, STAY AWAY FROM PARENTING LEADER. (And their main office is based in Cyprus for some reason.)

Further edit: they have now agreed to refund the full $99.99 dollars. I will update when this occurs

All communication with Parenting Leader was insightful and meaningful. They understand that exchange rates between countries can make a product more expensive and they understand that other countries' medical aid schemes does not cover abroad help.

I have a 5 year old with Adhd, and we will start this year, the first steps into school. This is giving me a lot of easy access knowledge on how to deal with situations.

I canceled my subscription last year however I just received a $107 charge in my card. I messaged them for a refund and to confirm my subscription was cancelled. They confirmed it had already been cancelled but refused to issue a refund. Now I have to dispute with my cc company. It is a bot that emails, not a real person. Do not recommend!

The website is very easy to use and gives helpful information in easy to digest doses.

I signed up for the „app“ which is originally a website without actual account management. You can only cancel by mailing them, which I did. Today, I was charged over 50 Euro, almost three times as much as the initial trial amount. I contacted them again, this time over the form.
No account management, no billing information, no cancellation button, not even an info if you are subscribed and on what tier. Nothing. Full scam detected, files a case with PayPal.

This company is complete fraud preying in on vulnerable parents looking to seek help for there child with Adhd. I never subscribed to this app dont even have it downloaded and was somehow charged a sub fee of 55 eur ?? For what i have no idea. When I asked for a refund I was told no it was over the 30 days ? Then received an email saying we are processing your refund, when I enquired as to where it was I was told no we never emailed you to say we were sending a refund. Stay well away .Absolutely awful.people preying on vulnerable parents looking for help.

Amanda was amazing, courteous, obliging and extremely understanding As a retired senior raising our grand daughter I couldn't order anything Amanda was understanding. She told me that is fine she was happy I answered all the questions but could not order at this time. Maybe in time but not right now. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Scam! I originally purchased a no yelling resource and they put me in some kind of subscription through the checkout process that I did not see. They have been charging my card until I just saw it and they refuse to refund me. Do not purchase anything from them. If you look at reviews, they do it to many people!

Il prélève une somme puis 6 mois après près de 200 euros en disant que c'était indiqué alors que j'ai regardé toutes les lignes suites aux commentaires et rien n'est indiqué comme abonnement.
De plus ils vous disent qu'ils vous remboursent et qu'ils arrêtent le prélèvement sauf que c est faux, vous n'aurez jamais de remboursement ni arrêt d'abonnement.

Bien entendu, ils vont repondrent à cet avis en disant qu'ils sont désolé et qu'il faut contacter une adresse mail. Sauf que personne ne lancera le remboursement, même s'ils l'affirment par mail. C'est la 3eme fois qu'ils me disent que mon remboursement à été initié et pourtant je n'ai toujours rien reçu.

This company is terrible. They charged me, agreed to refund me, canceled my account, and then 3 days later charged me again. Then confirmed 2 full refunds. 10 days later I still had not received the refunds and when I inquired about them was told that I would not be receiving refunds. All the reviews about deceptive billing are 100% accurate. Do not do business with them, unless you want to deal with their lies and extra charges. They don't want to help parents, they want to take full advantage and steal from parents.
