I am writing to report an issue with my recent deposit. On 8th March 2025, I attempted to deposit ₹15,000 into my Parimatch account using UPI. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the deposit was not successful and the amount was not credited to my Parimatch account.

I signed up and was waiting for the sign up bonus which I didn’t receive after 2 days, so I contacted support and Louis was great and got the bonus to me within minutes! Which i greatly appreciated as I don’t normally leave reviews but thank you!

I had a bit of a confusing case that Alan had the misfortune of having to deal with, however, Alan was quick and efficient to get to the root of the problem and find a resolution. Happily rating Alan 5 stars.

Signed up with the new customer promo and then they precede to tell you that you’ve got an account with a sister bookmaker from about 20 year ago haha, so you don’t qualify. Which is a totally different name and no other way you’d know it’s related. Bizarre stuff.

I have £925 balance left on the account, parimatch first restricted my account and then closed with no notice or explanation, customer service is useless and duediligence as well as security parimatch is ignoring my multiple emails sent to them, Im not able to withdraw the funds or login into my account. To me they are doing fraud activities as they are holding onto my positive balance funds and not replying back. Do not use their service as if you will have a big balance on your account, they will restrict you from betting and withdrawing your funds, then block/close your account and not reply to your messages or emails, the worst, once again the most horrible experience and atrocious bookies I've ever used in my life, don't risk investing your money here!

Gina in Customer Care responded promptly and courteously online to my query about a promotion. Can't comment further as a customer at this point but that's an encouraging sign. Thank you.

Promotion wasn't credited by the system which wasn't great but fully resolved by customer service rep called Mackie. No fuss, looked into it and resolved. About 10 mins wait time from first contact

A promotion I qualified for via a free to play offer was not honoured automatically. Gina investigated and saw I should have received a free bet bonus and immediately credited it to me with no fuss.

Topped up account #3639737 with $13 100 via cryptocurrency. It’s been 12 hours, and the funds are still MIA. “The provider is processing the payment” – sure, I guess they’re manually chiseling the transaction onto stone tablets and sending it by carrier pigeon.

I wanted to place a bet on CS, but surprise, my money is just frozen in the black hole of their financial system. How is this even possible? Cryptocurrency was designed for instant transactions, but apparently, here they first conduct a ritual, consult astrologers, and then decide if the stars have aligned for the payment to go through.

Customer support is a masterpiece: “Please wait,” “The provider is processing” – thanks, but you might as well just say, “We have no clue what’s happening, but you don’t need to know either.”

Final verdict: if you want to experience the era of telegraphs and smoke signals, this is the place for you. Everyone else – good luck and patience.

I spoke to Steve and Vicki really amazing people and helped me with my query with processing my funds which they said will be processed within the timescale.
