Betrug!!!
Wir haben 2 Ticket fuer den Louvre gebucht was ueber 100 Euro kosten und haben nie die Tickets bekommen. Muessten Vorort welche kaufen, was auch wesentlich guestiger ist und eine Antwort auf Rueckzahlungsanforderung haben wir auch nie bekommen. Kauft alles lieber Vorort bevor ihr in irgendwelchen Portale kaufen.

I purchased a package of three visits for two people: a boat trip on the Seine, entrance to the Eiffel Tower, and the Louvre Museum.

As soon as the service was paid for, they sent an email with the purchased services. Days later, they sent the boat tickets and then the Eiffel Tower tickets. The Louvre tickets were never sent. On the morning the visit was scheduled, about an hour before, I sent an email asking about the non-delivery of the tickets. They replied minutes later that they had no orders with my email. I forwarded the purchase receipt, and the tickets only arrived 1 hour after the scheduled time. I had to purchase new tickets at the museum.

I paid online for river cruise + louvre combo deal ticket. Only received cruise ticket. Scammers with zero customer service . They do not reply to emails and fraudulent. The people behind this company belong behind bars

This is a scam! We bought two tickets for Louvre Museum that were completely invalid. We tried several times to contact the company which of course never happened. They charged the tickets more than 50 euros each, when official prices were just 22. Do not use this company. They do everything to seem serious but they are not

They do not deliver tickets. It is fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud and fraud. Do not use.

They send you confirmation of purchase saying that you will receive tickets 24 hours prior.

You do not receive tickets and the number disconnected. Do not use this website for any purchase.

In August 2025, we purchased two Louvre Museum tickets from this website. We traveled all the way from London to Paris with our two children, excited to visit the Louvre. But when we presented our tickets at the entrance, we were shocked to find out that the tickets were fake and invalid. The staff at the museum even told us that this website is known for selling counterfeit tickets.

What makes it worse is the price. The official Louvre ticket costs €22 per person, but Paris Ticket Shop charged us €95 for two tickets – almost double the real price! To make it seem legitimate, they even sent us a reminder email the night before our visit, which made us trust them and never imagine it was a scam.

Please do NOT buy tickets from this website. It is a scam and a fraud. The positive reviews you see online are very likely fake as well. Save your money and buy tickets only from the official Louvre website

I had to booked from this site at the last minute because there were no more tickets to the Louvre on our only available date. I bought 2 tickets on 13 Aug for 14 Aug visit even if I saw the bad reviews. Then I received an email confirming my purchase but without the tickets. I had to email them to ask for the tickets which I received a few moments later. I kept praying when I lined up at the entrance that the tickets are legit considering that I paid double for each ticket, and they were! I am not sure if they will send the tickets even without the followup email.

Webshop is fake! Paid 3x the regular price for four Louvre Tickets for both visit + audio guide but only got tickets for regular entry. Always by directly at Louvre or other official site and avoid using this fake scam webshop…shame on you

was immediately worried when, after paying for my Louvre tickets, I got an email saying my tickets wouldn’t arrive until 24 hours before my entry. This was the only thing my daughter really wanted tickets for in Paris so I checked reviews and thought I had made a terrible mistake, especially when the tickets didn’t arrive 24 hours before and then not 2 hours before. However, I sent an email and they arrived within 10 minutes. I was anxious that they were fake but they worked fine and we loved the museum. Not sure why they didn’t send them to me earlier, it would have lowered my worry for the day!

With a ‘last minute booking’ (all tickets were sold out a week in advance) we gave a last desperate hope to this website. Although the price was more than double, we didn’t want to miss the chance. First it seemed like a scam, but finally we got the tickets and could visit the museum. Still not sure if this is a scam, selling the same ticket many times and we were just the lucky ones.

a complete scam - the tickets does not work and was fake - we where 2 people standing with fake tickets at a crowded louvre musseum, and could only buy new tickets at the site - dont buy this scam

Wir haben einen dreier Set Ticket gebucht.
Das erste kam nach paar Stunden, das zweite 10min vor eintritt. Das dritte haben wir gar nicht bekommen.

It’s a scam. I should’ve realized when I scrolled to the bottom and the phone number for “contact us” was North American. Then I should’ve really clued in when I bought the tickets and got an email receipt but no tickets because the “tickets will be sent 24 hours before hand”. I was trying to be optimistic thinking that it was a thing the Louvre did. But no. I emailed them and I got a very impersonal text-like response of “you’ll get the tickets an hour before hand”. And when I said that’s not acceptable they stopped responding. It is 100% a scam.

Kurzet Nachtrag: Nach diesem Eintrag und diversen Mails kamen die Karten noch zum 10.17 Uhr für den Eintritt zum 11.30 Uhr! Es gab aber nirgendwo einen Hinweis zu dieser Kurzfristigkeit, etc. Alles sehr seltsam.....Betrug! Tickets für Louvre gekauft, bezahlt und nie erhalten. Telefonnummer in USA funktioniert nicht. Keine Reaktion auf Email und Chat. bloß nichts kaufen!!!!

We bought tickets for Louvre but never received the tickets. Contact phone number is made of U.S country number, no longer available. There was no feedback via email as well.

Its a big scam. Do not buy tickets on this site. They do not sent you the tickets and it is impossible to get in contact.

We bought the tickets for Lourve and Versalles, but we only received the museum tickets and they didn’t send the tickets for the Versalles palace; and they refund less than half of the Versalle tickets price. They disabled the phone number and don’t answer in the chat that they have on the website. So better do not use it to buy your tickets.
