no problems with parking with parkair. they provide extra instruction (including video) of how to park to avoid fines at heathrow. Particularly valuable to me as having used the official parking last tim around I was caught offguard by the tricky signage and got slammed with a hefty fine having been away while the fine was issued (of course being on vacation).

communication via whatsapp would be preferred over having to call (vodafone was down at the time). But thye are very polite over the phone even at 5.40am

The car arrived clean (used the car wash service). I was able to fix a mistaken booking via the AI app without incurring a huge penalty 48 hours before my booking.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Parkair247! Booking was quick and easy, and communication was excellent throughout. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the handover was completely stress-free. My car was waiting for me on return exactly as promised. Good price and great service. Very good directions which are priceless at Heathrow. Dropped at T5 and picked up at T3 with no problems. Representative was waiting when dropping off and arrived perfectly on time when collecting. Friendly and courteous staff.

The best meet & greet I've had. Overall a very good operation. I can only echo the favouable comments noted recently. Booking and arrival guidence clear and precise; friendly and polite welcome; photos and confirmation of drop off very prompt and a timely call on arrival to confirm my car ready for collection in 20 minutes, which fitted in with our walk from baggage pick-up to car park. Well done Parkair 247.

Drop off and pick up efficiently executed with excellent communications.

Excellent service. We confirmed when we were 30 minutes away from the terminal and the driver was there to meet us. Photos were taken of the car and emailed to us.
Again on our return we were called as soon as the plane landed, and we let the driver know when we had collected our luggage. The car pulled up as we arrived at the meeting place.
The staff were very courteous and professional and it was a very good rate.

Efficient, friendly and easy company to deal with, video taken of the car in your presence when dropping off and copy emailed to you. Your flight is tracked and I was contacted while waiting for my cases in baggage collection, vehicle arrived within 10 minutes.

Very positive experience with competitive pricing where the driver was waiting (we phoned 30min before arrival) when we arrived in a relatively quiet area of T5 level 4 short-term parking versus other areas. He took a series of comprehensive photographs of the car which were emailed to me immediately including reaffirming return details. On the return, the driver phoned us as we were waiting for our luggage which meant I didn’t have to go through the automated number and he arrived within minutes of us reaching the car park location. Will not hesitate to use Parkair247 in the future.

Excellent service. WhatsApp message the day before of departure to confirm details & including useful videos of how to get to the designated drop off point, at which point it was noticed I had booked the wrong terminal. Speedy responses from them & it was all amended with no fuss. Rang them 30 minutes away from the terminal as requested & driver was waiting for us as we arrived. An abundance of photos taken including the mileage emailed to us & smooth handover. Rang when the baggage arrived & was told car should be in the car park (level & row confirmed) in 20 minutes, walked to the designated area & the car arrived timed to perfection & we were on our way out in no time at all. Friendly & courteous drivers both ways. Happy to recommend this company.

Excellent ++. These guys are worth searching for. After more than one poor experience of dodgy operators Parkair 247 at Heathrow do it properly. They called us 30 min from Heathrow on the way there rather than the other way around. The chap who picked up the car could not have been more polite. They took loads of photos of the car and emailed them to us but the time we were in check in. On the way back they tracked our flight and sent a message when they spotted we had landed telling us who to call and where to go. 5* review from me. Will absolutely look for them as my go to operator in the future.

Very efficient with good communication and directions. Helpful when we were delayed 24hrs returning.

Drop off instructions were good, but make sure you use the left hand lane, which isn’t that clearly signed on site (not the parking company’s fault). Drop off worked well and on return, our car arrived as we were walking to the area we were told. All in all a great service at a reasonable price.

The whole experience was first class, from the morning of our first contact by phone to our return journey back to Heathrow. A big shout out to the driver who met us going out and on our return trip he was the most courteous man we have met his customer service was excellent. Dropped car off at 4.30AM and handover easy and quick. Attendant was uniformed so easy to recognise.
Pick up- car arrived back same time as we were walking towards car park- excellent service and car park charges picked up by them, not like the other valet companies used in the past
