I booked the parking and the price was including the transfer . I have the proof, once i done the booking then you send me email and it was showing, i have to pay for the transfer fees to airport which is hidden charges and won’t recommend your service to anyone who i know

Booked a parking space online for Clayton hotel dublin. Got no email confirmation even though they took the money. Still no refund a week later

Parkcare advertised well priced parking at the Cambridge Hotel Gatwick with the offer clearly stating transfers were included. In the event, after booking, it became clear that these are chargeable. I sent Parkcare evidence of what they had advertised but they refused to honour the deal they sold me and pay for the transfers - simply offering to cancel my booking if I chose. In the event the transfer service from the hotel was fine, but not impressed with Parkcare, who are clearly caring by name but not by nature. Perhaps they will refund me after reading this review but somehow I doubt it as they clearly have a relaxed attitude to misleading customers.

We booked here as part of a hotel/parking deal. This company is also know as toad parking. The receptionist on arrival was polite enough and as a stroke of luck the bus was outside so our dropping off experience was fine and the bus driver lovely. On return we were stood waiting for 40 minutes at T2, call to the office to enquire I was told the bus will be there shortly in a very abrupt manner. Waited a further 10-15 minutes still no bus, further call was made, a different lady answered, again I was told the bus will be there telling me it takes 5-6 minutes and the bus left 10
minutes previously from the car park, so something wasn’t adding up. Bearing in mind a bus that did arrive the driver told us that this company is awful hence why we were still stood there!! A further 10 minutes and the bus finally arrived. The driver can only be described as rude and ignorant, on producing the ticket he just waved me on, didn’t speak and even went for drive off before passengers had managed to get their luggage off the bus. The receptionists who I had spoken to earlier were again quite rude, passing my key and pointing saying how many rows back my car was. However our car was not damaged and the mileage was correct having taken photos of the display when we left it a week prior.
I will not use this company again unreliable and rude staff apart from the initial bus driver.

Excellent customer service - easy to use online booking. Backed up by great staff, which is important, as we all know travel plans can change!

This is a scam. Was given instructions to park with Skypark near Manchester Airport but they don't exist. The parking was actually with a company called VacationCare in a shopping center multi storey car park which can be booked directly for half the cost!

Experience was great, no problem, rang the number before arrival to carpark. Someone was there to meet us and took the car. Told us to ring the same number once landed. 2 weeks later rang and they were there in the car park waiting. Thankyou

Parkgate is perfect place for every kid! My daughter love this place. She enjoyed every day there.

I paid £135.67 for meetandgreat there were no clear signs to were to go at the airport

I was expected to walk to the farthest place of the car park to get my car
As I am disabled I think you misled me
To pay an extra £50 odd pound more than I needed to

Avoid booking through parkcare.co.uk. The phone number and chat do not work on their site. Our booking was with Swift Airport Parking, but the number they sent to arrange the meet and greet did not work, there is no way we have found of contacting Swift or Parkcare that actually works, so were unable to cancel or find a way to actually use the service. If anyone at Park Care reads this, please provide contact details

Advertised and sold “Official airport parking” in Edinburgh on Gogar Bridge Road. This was still acknowledged in the email confirmation subject line, however the location address and provide further down the e-mail were different: Edinburgh Low Cost as provider and Queen Anne Drive as location, about as far away from the official parking as possible. First ParkCare blamed me for picking the wrong product even though I had forwarded the confirmation email and explained as per above the discrepancy between subject line and content. After two emails back and forth, part of the parking cost was refunded. They then had to be chased to refund the remaining 20% of which Sonne was refunded but not the transaction cost charged on their website. Euch payment option has a transaction cost. So I incurred a cost for payment. Payment for a product that was falsely advertised/ labelled. Was it landed correctly, I would have not incurred the cost. Stay away from these guys. Super dodgy.
