Parking was easy and close to where I was going. Car was safe didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Very easy to use and liscense plate recognition is a great feature
Convenient, easy, but a little irregular
I liked the app was easy and convenient once getting to the parking garage. What I did not like, was choosing a parking garage that specifically said it was a 3 minute walk to my destination. When in reality, it was an 8 minute walk. Not a huge difference, but two young girls walking in Nashville at 2 am, those 5 minutes in the dark could have made all of a difference.

I was given a discount code that I never could enter into the app so I paid 75% more for parking to work at my post and will refuse all future assignments downtown as it’s just to expensive if the app will not let me get the employer portion paid using the app so I got charged 16.00 and 22.00 to park for my shift . I feel abused and trucker and oh yes the garage got my money but I will tell 25 others of my experience and never work for a downtown client again as it’s just too expensive.anyone else want to hear my experience with this parking Garage just call 615-828-0313 and I will share but it’s best to just not work downtown as it’s too expensive to park unless you have a super paying job ? At 18.00 an hour it’s just not worth 40.00 to park for a 4 hour shift. Downtown is too expensive parking and I will just work elsewhere with my talents. Maybe the merchants and the parking garage are in concert to abuse the downturn workers. I was given 2 codes but they could not be entered.

Having to text a code to a number holds up the line and makes it extremely difficult to get in and out of the parking garage in a timely manner. The old way of paying with cash or sliding a card would be much faster.

We were locked in the parking garage. The gate would not raise. Cars were lined up behind us. People were mad and yelling. It was very scary. Your system needs an update because it is not clear.

The experience with Parking.com was…
The experience with Parking.com was great! Once we reached the parking garage, our tag was read, and we were sent a notification on going in and leaving without us having to do anything. I had already been advised that parking in downtown Nashville would be hectic, but Parking.com made it very easy and stress free. I will definitely use it in the future.

Online reservation easy way to get best price …
Reservation made online was easy todo at the set event price. Directions to entrance was specific and the garage location provided easy access to the stadium and all downtown attractions.

Cars are broken into all the time around there. Seems like they have enough money to have several staff JUST monitoring cars to keep everyone happy and safe
The pass didn’t work at the garage
The pass didn’t work at the garage, but the attendant let us in. When leaving, of course the pass didn’t work again, but this time there was a new attendant who would not let us out and made us call customer service while a line of cars formed behind us. Customer Service was finally able to verify my reservation and open the gate, but could not explain why it pass wouldn’t work to begin with.

Overpriced, no detailed receipt
Elevator near where we parked wasn't working. Should have parking rates posted closer to entrance so can see before turning in. Had to wait at exit because person in front of us was having problems. Why are we charged .99 process fee? Only received final bill. Want to see detail of hourly charges and extra hidden fees. Overpriced parking.
Will avoid parking in your garages in the future.
My parking was safe
My parking was safe. However, the instructions are not clear enough on how to get in and out of the garage. I was stuck in line for more than 10 minutes because I was trying to use the code but I requested the code before I pulled to the gate and the gate let up and down before I got there. Instructions should have told me not to request the code until I was at the gate to leave. Or the code should have worked when I entered it at the gate. I had to call the number to be let out. The pricing was expensive if you ask me. I was there for a little over an hour but less than 15 minutes over the hour and paid $25 dollars.

Had an issue exiting the parking garage. Called helpline number and assistant was very nice and opened the gate for us.
