My experience studying the Level 3 Lead Adult Care qualification has been very positive. From the beginning, the team was welcoming and supportive, which reassured me that I had made the right decision.
Although I changed tutors midway through the course, the transition was smooth. Jayne was extremely supportive and provided clear guidance to help me stay on track and successfully complete my qualification. She was always available when I needed help with assignments, and the recommended resources were very useful.
Balancing work and personal life alongside studying was manageable due to the structured support provided, and I did not feel under unnecessary pressure.
I would also like to thank Raquel for her support in preparing me for my End-Point Assessment, which helped build my confidence.
Overall, it has been a rewarding and well-supported learning journey.

I have just completed my level 2 with a distinction and that’s down to Sarah Gilbert who was exceptional during my 12 months she was patient calm and we had a laugh along the way. Always on the other end of the phone if and when I needed help or advice

The support from the trainers and encouragment when i needed that extra support and communication always get back intouch asap. I felt that all the staff had wealth of knowledge that they shared during the my coursework it Was extremely re assuring and gave me the confidence to complete it. Highly recommended training company
After having to change tutors half way through the course I was studying, I was paired with Sarah Ahmed. She was tremendous from start to finish and helped me achieve my distinction level qualification. She is personable, has huge knowledge to call upon and also has a sense of humour, always making you feel at ease. If I ever choose to take my qualification any further, I would not hesitate to use them again and would be very keen to team up with Sarah again who I have so much to thank for.

Great company all round to do your level 4, from admin to tutors.
I started my Level 4 in July, and the onboarding process was lengthy but very informative. The admin team had to deal with a lot of my questions, they were always willing to help and never made me feel like I was a pest or asking too many questions.
I have found my Level 4 challenging at times due to the demands of the job, working two jobs, my health and just everyday life getting in the way. However, Sharon as allowed me to break units down to make them more manageable and as always been on the other end of a message to my endless questions. Can't thank her enough for her never ending patience and support.

I am currently completing my apprenticeship training with Partnership Training, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. I was very apprehensive about starting the course, as my role in residential care is extremely demanding. However, the support, structure, and understanding provided by Partnership Training have made it possible for me to engage fully with the learning. This training has genuinely helped me become a better practitioner, which is invaluable.
I would especially like to give a heartfelt thank you to my tutor, Kay Disha. They say you remember the great teachers you have in life, and Kay is absolutely one of them. Her teaching style is second to none. She has an incredible ability to make complex theory understandable and, more importantly, practical, allowing me to confidently apply it to my day-to-day work.
Due to my dyslexia, I never thought I would be able to remember or confidently quote theory to underpin my practice. Now, I find myself doing exactly that in meetings and daily interactions within the residential home, applying what I’ve learned with confidence. This is something I never imagined possible.
Kay has also been extremely understanding and supportive during times when I was dealing with personal challenges. Without her patience, encouragement, and guidance, I genuinely would not be where I am today.
Thank you to Partnership Training for such a supportive programme, and a huge thank you to Kay for being such an exceptional tutor.

I passed my level 4 end point…
I passed my level 4 end point assessment yesterday finishing with a distinction. This was all thank you to my amazing tutor Clare Wilson, from the first lesson with Clare she has guided me through the course and she has really helped me with my self confidence. Clare is always on hand to answer any questions and is the best support I could have asked for, I will miss Clare as my tutor and she has made this course even more enjoyable than it already was. Being a much older student returning to…
Being a much older student returning to learning after a 30 year break I began this experience with anxious trepidation and utter self doubt. Add to this being completely unfamiliar with the use of modern technology in modern day learning methods, plus the loss of both my parents during my Apprentiship, my tutor had quite a challenge in her hands. Gemma's skiils tailored the learning process to meet my needs, gently encouraging, always inspiring, incredibly supportive she got me to the end, always crediting me for my efforts and achievement. The reality is that I never would have achieved, this without her, this was a true "Partnership" in every sense: thankyou Gemma Eku, we did it!!

I have recently passed my Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management with support from my tutor Abigail Ward. Honestly couldn’t of done it without Abi’s support, she was extremely supportive, approachable and she really helped me set targets and deadlines for each module, talking me through everything required in detail. I was fortunate to be able to complete everything and sit my EPA in a good timeframe. Overall very pleased with the service and support.

Supportive onboarding experience
We're new to working with Partnership Training and have had a very positive introduction to their work. We met with Michelle who gave us a helpful overview of the support they offer to learners, and more information about each course. When enrolling learners onto the course, Stephen our Account Manager was very attentive, taking the time to explain the enrolment process really clearly, making sure we shared all the relevant documents and being really approachable when I had questions. I’ve recently received a distinction in my level 5 diploma in adult and leadership health and social care I would not have got through it without my amazing tutor Jemma Meakin. I’d like to say a massive thank you to…
I’d like to say a massive thank you to Sarah Gilbert. At the start of my apprenticeship standard I was filled with so much anxiety. The thought of starting my level 3. Felt so overwhelming. With the support of Sarah we have manage to accomplish the units and get to my exams. I could have not done it without her. Sarah wasn’t just there for me for my units. She was there as a friend. I lost both my grandmas within 7 weeks apart. And the compassionate messages I received from her. All I can say thank god Sarah came in to life for this time period. As I’d not of achieved the grades I got at my Sjt or discussion. As I’d would have not stuck at it. But Sarah pulled me through and it all paid off.
