DO NOT PURCHASE ANY... FROUD SITE... I BROUGHT BUT I KNOW ABOUT THIS THEN I CANCEL ORDER... BUT NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY.... DONT BUY

My order, #319704, placed on August 18, 2025. I ordered five products for my Hero Xtreme bike but have only received three. The status for the remaining two products shows as 'not shipped.' I have already submitted support tickets on their website but have not received a response. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and service.

The company is fraudulent & not trustworthy, I have lost money

This is totally fake don't order from this I have order a product from 20 days they didn't deliver it and my money has deducted.There is no cancellation policy or any contact no so plz Guys be aware from it...

Bad experience with seller, Ordered bike part on website, prepaid only option available. Now created tickets and calls to support, but no response, looks fraud activity.

Not a good response from the site owner. i had bad exp with them. ordered 2 items and 1 shipped and no update on others even after following no response to the messages..

Feedback to partsonwheel. This is feedback for your company. You should mention on the parts description or warning type note that if by mistake if someone orders something then it cannot be returned as well as you need to work on your customer service as well. Because when given number dialed no one answers and even on email no one replies. Somewhere you guys are lacking, i hope this business grows in the future but at this rate i doubt it. But this is the feedback from my side to your company. And trust me I would not recommend buying anything from your site in future. Also their parts are not genuine and they are costing very high for the parts.

I think the website is being run by a single person who is handling orders, shipment, customer support on WhatsApp and hence untrustworthy.
I order a week ago and was delighted to see order partially dispatched. Then reached out to WhatsApp where after 10 messages he replied "wait for 3 more days, if not dispatched I will refund the amount" after 3 days received another tracking link but it's been 2 weeks now and the order status is "waiting for seller to handover order"

Stole my money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered 6 weeks ago and nothing happened, then one day I get a message from amazon delivery that the driver could not reach me (which is a lie) and that he will attempt another day (which he did not).
Their phone hotline is none existent, just an automated message directing you to their website.
Absolute useless company with zero customer support.

BE AWARE... AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

This is fake organisation and bunch of cheap scammers who never deliver, never refund, and Just steal and scam.

Fake company. 18 days and it shoes only partially shipped. I ask for refund but dint know 8f I'm getting it since reading these reviews .stay away!

Fully fake site don't buy anything from the site.
