Test drive booking was so easy and confirmed with a call back that allowed for booking 2 vehicles for comparison purposes.
On arrival, reception was great. Everyone was really helpful and welcoming. Arrangements exactly as discussed and zero hassle.
Sale options were all clear and finance regulations handled.
Ben, sales rep, was immense throughout, going the extra yards to answer questions, provide accurate information and recommend. Always talking from a place of experience and expertise.

I travelled 140 miles having spoken to a Sales representative at Partridges about a certain Mini for sale.
I was advised in detail about the car and felt confident making the trip to view it.
After the 2 + hour drive I met Jack Anderson Sharpe. What a genuine and helpful gentleman. He spent time showing me the car and guided me on a test drive. No question I asked was ignored.
I was shown in detail the service history and my queries over brakes and pads were comprehensively answered.
My experience is that the Company is pragmatic, honest and open.
Jack is an asset to the staff. I just wish they were closer to home!

We have just bought a used Mini Cooper and l am very happy with it. Chris dealt with us and was extremely helpful and patient with my questions and concerns.

The service my wife and I received from Partridge Mini has been first class in every way. We travelled from Bristol to see a couple of cars in the Southampton area and the attentive , friendly and professional approach from the GM ( Nick) and his team was perfect. We had the genuine pleasure of being dealt with by one of best Car sales people I have met over many years buying cars .Ricky Lopes certainly went above and beyond all expectation and that old adage of " people buy from people" is very valid in our purchase. He found the perfect balance and was more than happy to stay well after the dealership closed to ensure every element of the sale was covered.
