Partsformachines Reviews

Ordered some Castrol oil for an upcoming job, was told dispatch within 24-48 hours but nothing. Sourced elsewhere quickly and contacted to cancel the order. As expected the order was then conveniently sent the day I emailed and arrived next day despite telling the advisor over the phone I no longer want the item. Trying to get the item returned and now no contact at all. Absolutely joke of a company with horrendous customer service

Fantastic service from order to receipt, Good communication and quick to answer any questions All this on top of great prices. Don't look any further for your parts, they really cannot be beaten on price, parts quality and customer service.

Excellent product. Delivery good.

Great experience, company kept me informed. Ordered a car battery which works perfectly and packaged well

Quick delivery and works great

Ordered a battery for my lorry and it arrived within 3 working days. It was packaged neatly on a small pallet and was left where I had asked by the delivery driver.
Well done.

Ease. Good website. Easy to order. Incredibly fast delivery. No fuss at all with Parts for machines.

Quick efficient service & well packaged, excellent quality & good price thank you

Great price and quick delivery. Had a query which the response and help on was immediate. Great service

Initially was quite disappointed as my package arrived with one the items missing (small cabinet part of a big modular workbench). I called the support number and was told they would look into it. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but just a couple hours later i get an email saying they have spoken to the warehouse, have located it, and have dispatched it. It arrived the next day having been shipped overnight. Very impressed with how they dealt with it and with everything else having gone flawlessly and their prices being so competitive, I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Best price I could find and it arrived quickly. Their customer support was excellent, very quick to reply and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied after raising a query. Great to have an experience like this from a company, would highly recommend.

Very well priced battery. Fast delivery to N Ireland. Would use again.

Needed to replace 3 of our low profile jacks (4T) and shopped around, these were the best price by quite a lot, saved more than £70 over the next closest quote. Shipping was very fast, they arrived 2 days later and was kept fully informed with tracking number they provided. So nice to deal with a company that you call and speak to a human immediately. Excellent price, fast delivery and great service. Delighted and will definitely use again.
