In sorry to say I have to write a one start review
I bought the systema ring with three tanzenites, after a month one of the stones fell out , I spoke to the customer services who seemed quite reluctant to do this under warranty luckily I found the stone and repair it myself, it is now 10 months later all three stones and no longer in the ring. One lost and I was able to pull the other two out very easily I will repair the ring myself with some copper clay as I cannot be dealing with the hassle of their customer services

Starting with the main issue - I ordered a ring, I didn't really like what I've got for 500+ EUR. They were nice enough to offer to replace the stone for a higher quality one. But It still didn't fit me well so I asked to exchange it for a simpler ring and refund the difference. (I'm still within 14 day return window)

I was refused, because they have some paragraph on their site that says they only do refunds "in store credit" so instead of giving you the money back, they trap it on their site and force you to spend only there. This a scam and it is illegal in the entirety of EU.

EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU applies to here. It is not my concern if you claim that it's made "on order". This is normal goods and rules stay the same. To make it crystal clear: THERE WAS NO CUSTOMIZATION OR ENGRAVINGS. I picked a ring, i picked a size and pressed "Order".

They went quiet after I refused such terms.

Additionally as others pointed out, that 500+ Eur ring was just not worth it. The design is cool, but the execution and materials/texture are underwhelming.

I have reported this incident to both German Verbraucherzentrale and French SignalConso.

I recommend you do the same if they try to scam you.

I have already two rings (sistema collection) and i can only say great things about the brand and specially costumer service. I had to change twice (ring size) and not one problem emerged. Just perfect.

I’ve been triggered via Instagram for my purchase at Parts of Four. As they had a special deal running I decided to give them a chance.

Materials: they have a whole variety of used materials. In my case I bought silver pieces with 18k gold plating and some diamond cuts.

Design: The style is unique and I love the handcraft character on every piece. It’s very masculine and massive. I am talking about the Sistema rings and bracelets.

Quality: First impression is good. It’s solid 925 sterling silver. And the acid treated surface looks great. The images on their website are very close to reality. The clasp of the Sistema bracelet closes securely and it’s easy to take it on or off.

Even if you might think it’s a French brand and their workshops are just in Paris, they are not. All jewelry is going to be produced in Bali/Indonesia - which is not an issue. But you wouldn’t expect that according to the high price point.

Customer Service: I’ve used the Chat function and we switched real quick to iMessage, which is great! They assist you with finding the correct sizing and even if you need to change an existing order it will be easy.

Delivery: As stated above the pieces are crafted in Bali/Indonesia. But you will get a direct tracking number from DHL to follow your delivery. It took more or less one week to arrive. The whole time from ordering to delivery was 3 weeks.

Return Policy: Please be aware that Parts of Four is only granting returns in exchange to store credit or other styles/sizes. However they are not giving the possibility to refund the money when sending the items back. So choose wisely before placing your order.

All over I have to say I like the pieces and the unique style. It’s different to well known brands. But to be honest, I wouldn’t have bought from their website without promotion campaign, because at the end it’s very expensive compared to other jewelry.

Do not buy from this company. Bought a supposedly gold plated chocker from them and within three weeks the gold plating came off. It's a cool design but they don't use the materials they say they use. Really not worth your money.

Be careful they sell one silver earrings for 340€ which is worth 29€ in retail. Even if you go to a goldsmith and tell him to make you that earring you would pay maximum of 100€ for a costum made piece. They only use Diamonds of the worst quality which aren’t worth 1/5 of what they sell them.
