It was easy to find the part we needed…
It was easy to find the part we needed considering its an AC unit that is almost 30 years old.
However, I wish it was stressed that orders made after 5pm would not be processed until the next day, therefore 1-2 day delivery starts the day order is processed. It was further complicated when I also received a UPS delivery notification shortly after my order was placed, indicating the 2 day delivery was forthcoming. Since UPS is a 24hr 7 day a week business, it would have been appreciated if this could be honored.
