I was somehow charged for a membership top-up that I didnt want and when I requested a refund the live chat bot just kept telling me there was nothing they could do. I emailed support and they escalated my case and a couple minutes later I received an email saying the refund was approved

I had received an email saying I was subscribed to something I never signed up for and it was handled with prompt attention.

This was a scam on Facebook to get people to sign up for a subscription that I was not aware of the rep said it would be cancelled and when I looked at my email it references a lower tier subscription. I was very clear this should be cancelled
