We are quite disappointed with the service received. We ordered a personalised balloon for our daughter’s birthday, intending to capture memorable photographs with it on the day. Unfortunately, the balloon did not arrive as scheduled, rendering it unnecessary now that the occasion has passed. The reason provided for the delay was a logistical issue involving a lorry.

It is truly unfortunate, as we were very much looking forward to the balloon as a special surprise for our daughter, but this experience has ultimately diminished the excitement and significance of the moment.

Replaced a balloon without informing me or offering any form of compensation/refund for the item that was originally advertised but not supplied. When questioned they said the manufacturer had gone into administration and that a blanket email had been sent to affected customers however I did not receive said blanket email and when I questioned when this email was sent they ignored me and failed to respond. If an item is unavailable this should be made clear at the point of purchase and not just replaced with what you feel is fit without direct contact with the customer. I did not receive the ‘blanket’ email which I can only assume was sent out previous to me placing an order neither did I receive apology for the inconvenience - passing blame to a 3rd party that I do not hold any form of contract with is irrelevant and unhelpful. I rarely write negative reviews but the complete lack of ownership, apology or offer to rectify is really poor customer service and I won’t be using or recommending in the future. You’re better off finding a small business local to you who will be better priced and honest from the get go.

Ordered 80th balloon for my Mums birthday that arrived slightly deflated. Was concerned that being the day before her actual birthday would not be able to replace it in time. After contacting Party On Balloons, they sent another balloon as a goodwill gesture and with express delivery before 12pm the next day. Could not believe their prompt service. Outstanding. Thank you Party on Balloons.

Thank you so much for my daughter’s balloons ! They are absolutely perfect ! The colours are gorgeous- the writing spot on. All 3 arrived beautifully packaged - could see the care and attention gone into make surely they arrived safely. Definitely recommend and I’ll definitely purchase from again in the future ! Great customer service and amazing balloon that came exactly how I designed it on the website! I ordered a balloon for my sister’s wedding, to be displayed at the restaurant the night before. She loved it and used it at the wedding venue too. It got many compliments from family and friends and a lot of people asked where I got it from. It was delivered on the exact day I chose with no issues. It came in a big box that was packed perfectly.

I was emailed by the customer service team to inform me that the white heart balloons I had chosen to have inside the balloon were not inflating properly due to batch issues. They provided two other options and still made the balloon look fantastic.

I purchased a surprise gender reveal balloon the only light coloured balloon we could find it was great quality Couldn’t see through it ( I was a little worried) I had several questions and emailed the company and they replied straight away ! It was delivered on time great communication. Thank you for the great service

Of the £59.99 package I received 2 of the small balloons were deflated in the box, the 2 sets of 3 foil were very badly tangled which wouldn't be a problem to most but I have dexterity issues & took me a couple of hours to unravel. Once set up they looked nice for 3 days but today is day 5 & the main balloon has severely deflated, as have all the small separate ones & attached ones. The foil ones are still floating well.

Used party on balloons for a gender reveal party they went above and beyond for us and even set the balloons up for us. Highly recommend this company

I ordered the Disney reveal package for my daughter as a present and wow we were amazed with the balloons they added the perfect touch to the surprise!! My daughter was over the moon with them also! Such a lovely idea! Quick delivery also! Thank you again !

Don’t use this company! Booked well in advance paid a lot extra for specific delivery date. They used DPD and just dumped it in a random open garage not at the address and with no details of where the garage located. The address it was meant to go to didn’t have a garage and non of their neighbours did! There was no acceptance to leave with neighbour or in a garage, they just off loaded in a random place. I phoned DPD straightaway to try and understand where it had been left so I could at least try and retrieve it but they said they can’t contact the drivers and I have to raise a complaint via the ordering company. Well I did that still awaiting refund and doesn’t negate the impact of them letting you down on a most important occasion. Didn’t care at all. If you can find people to deal with not online companies!

Easy to use and you get exactly what the picture shows. I also thought I had an issue and when I sent an email to customer services they responded immediately re-assuring me of what I had ordered. It was delivered at the venue with no issues. All thought they looked fantastic and perfect choice for our dining and party experience. Highly recommend. Michele

Shocking, the balloons are hardly blown up, completely ruined a birthday surprise. Please don’t buy, you will be highly disappointed.

Fantastic service and product. They delivered exactly when they said they would and when there was a small problem they rectified it immediately without fuss. Would highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional, they sent me a personalised ballon and the writing weren’t stuck down properly . I contacted them with a picture of it and they didn’t even have the decency to respond with sn apology .Won’t be using again .

Thank you so much for my wedding balloons. They arrived as promised and they even resent a balloon to my wedding venue as it arrived deflated. One week later and they’re still going strong. Great customer service!

Fabulous balloon company. I initially gave them the wrong delivery address! They sorted me out without any fuss. Such a relief. The recipiant loved her special 80th personalised balloon and more than 2 weeks later she says it is as good as the day it was delivered! Great quality balloons and excellent customer service. Wiill use them every time I need a special balloon. Thank you so very much. Delighted with every aspect of the purchase.

Wouldn’t know how to rate this business as the balloon I ordered for my friends 30th birthday never arrived! Ordered to an office address and DPD “attempted delivery” even though there were receptionists on site, never called or tried and the took the balloon away again. Party on seemed initially helpful but since requesting a refund I have heard nothing more from them! £36 VERY BADLY SPENT. will not order from here again.
