Had a great experience at Parz Wanstead Golf Shop. Dave and Tom were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. They took the time to understand what I needed and gave honest advice. Excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere — highly recommend this shop to any golfer.

Ordered my new Irons on the 2nd of January and was expecting a 2 week wait due to the custom fit, received after a week, great service

First time I have used PARZ golf.
Had placed order on line but I had put wrong delivery address, a quick phone call and sorted straight away with a very friendly person. Will definitely be using PARZ golf again.

If carlsberg ran a golfing website, PARZ is what it would be like! Ordered some shoes in the morning, despatched by lunchtime & arrived the following morning. Kept informed by various emails at every stage, very pleased & will definitely use again.

Where to start. Trackman is incredibly slow to register resulting in longer sessions than would otherwise be the case. This then adds to the queue for bays which causes confusion as noone really knows where to queue, whos first etc. I'm also left handed and as a result I can only use 2 bays total, often already in use by right handers. When they become available do I get priority? Should have stuck with mats that are dexterity agnostic.

Initial email suggested a bit of a wait. After calling them they delivered the clubs very quickly. George was especially helpful

Adam made my fitting experience very comfortable and enjoyable. He was informative and patient.The range of clubs and shafts etc is very good and I left very happy with my purchases . Clubs were ready to pick up in good time.

Staff are all very friendly and knowledgable. Always receive excellent service.

Because there was a custom element to my order I was advised delivery would be in 2 to 3 weeks. Instead I received delivery in 6 days!!

Had a fitting with Sam. I’d never had a fitting before and after having one I wouldn’t buy a club again without it. Can’t recommend it enough. Each question I had got answered and was made to feel comfortable through out. I will definitely be going back.

Wrong grip was sent out on my wedge, but it got resolved in a couple of days. Communication and actions were true to their word to get it resolved!
