There is no doubt that his ties are beautiful and tastefully done.

However be prepared for a wait. My last order took 2.5months. This is a husband and wife operation and not a production line.

Very slow delivery . Unable to track . One tie was not finished only single thread at bottom . Do not recommend

Very nice man and excellent product. Communications are less reliable and not timely so difficult to arrange deliveries convenient to all.

I revived my tie just the other day. Really beautiful, unique fabric and workmanship. I ordered 3-fold at 2.75” wide. I’m not a big guy and the customization option makes the tie “scale” better which I really appreciated. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that it took almost 4 months. Gianni communicated with me to ease my concern. I just ordered another after seeing this work first hand.

I’m a tall guy (6’8”, 203 cm) - it’s tough to find a great tie that’s long enough. I was in Italy a year ago - saw great ties in silk shops but none for a tall man.

I stumbled into Gianni’s website and was intrigued. I just got my tie today - and it’s beautifully done.

It took a bit longer than anticipated, but when I checked in with Gianni he was prompt in his reply and honest that things were busy. I’m OK with that. I like the idea that I’m supporting a small craft business - and that I’m getting a handcrafted tie instead of picking one out of a pile at a department store.

Gianni's ties are of very good quality. The fabrics are pleasant. I'm looking to buy a third tie. Bravo to Gianni and his wife.

This time I ordered two sevenfold ties from Passaggio Cravatte. I like what I got. A really nice ties with a very interesting patterns and silky textures. Something to keep in mind when ordering seven fold tie is that it is recommended to add 1-2cm to the length because the tie is a little fuller and you are using a slightly longer length of tie when tying the knots.

From the very start, the interaction with the website with its options on silk, width and fold type created a bespoke experience and an anticipation of excitement.

When the 3 beautiful ties arrived, the earlier anticipation was well justified. The silks are light and tying them, a delight. The stiching and folds are well made, providing structure and form to the vintage silks.

Very happy with my purchase.

Yes it took a little time, but they are hand crafted and bespoke.

I will be ordering more.

Fantastic, bespoke Hand made tie from Italy!
I am so happy with my purchase! The tie is made from rare Italian silk and Gianni and his wife took the time to send my tie to my Hotel I was staying at on my Holiday, as the package wouldn't have arrived here in the UK on time.
Highly recommend ! Why have a tie that anyone else can have, when you can wear a unique one of your own! GRAZE MILLE!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend ordering at all. I ordered this week on Black Friday (November 23) hoping for delivery in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, this could not be fulfilled. When I asked when it could be delivered, I was told that it would be sent between Christmas and New Year's Eve because the children were ill. However, I didn't receive anything until mid-January and when I asked, I was told that the suppliers hadn't delivered yet, but my tie had already been cut to size and I couldn't withdraw from the contract. However, after another 6 weeks nothing arrived, I asked again and only received a very unfriendly reply. My tie would supposedly be sent the same week. After this did not happen either, I informed the credit card company. After the bank got involved, they sent me a message saying that the tie was now ready. After a request from the credit card institute to send the tie, otherwise he would not receive the amount collected, he did not send the tie. I received my money back from the bank at the beginning of may. If my bank had not intervened, I would probably have neither my money nor a product. I generally recommend that companies communicate more, because then customers are more willing to wait. I never received a message from this company, only when I asked.
