We are a small Italian family tailor shop that makes bespoke ties, scarves and pocket-squares, where everything is handmade by me and my wife Marta in our tailor's house near Milan; just think that in each of our ancient 7 folds there are almost two meters of hem all handmade. And all the fabrics you see in our shop are vintage, so still hand-printed between 1970 and 1990. And we can only produce a few pieces a day. Also on our online shop you can choose the measurements you want of length and width, in cm or in inches, of your tie, and whether to have your initials embroidered, again on the back of the tie. Stunning handmade tie
The seven folds tie i received from Gianni is one of the most beautiful and well constructed now in my wardrobe. The vintage silk is circa 30 years old, has a wonderfully smooth and soft hand and knots perfectly. It took a bit to arrive, but worth the wait!!

I really don’t know, because first you lost my order, causing a terrible delay. And then you gave the parcel to the entrusted Italian mailcompany, which failed to deliver the parcel on time.
Result? I had to travel to South Africa without the twi items I ordered (way on time). Si, I really don’t know. I am still in the dark. Grazie!

So, let's go in order:
1) I have checked all our emails we exchanged and I am not aware that I lost your order; can you send me an email again telling me that I lost your order?
2) your order was created on Oct. 25; after 32 business days it was being shipped; we are asking for 30 business days as production time.
3) our goal is the happiness of our customers; so if you had told me a precise, I would have sent you the package by fast courier. There are customers with premium service who get it in 7 days; and others who pay the difference to switch from standard to expedited shipping because they have weddings or other dates to meet, and we have always been on time.
In any case I am sorry about this. Next time I suggest you tell me a departure date, or choose expedited shipping; in Ue it would have arrived in 24 hours.

Very nice and unique designs
Very nice and unique designs! However communication can be improved. I don't mind waiting for such a rare tie, but it would be great to receive updates! Also better opt for the 7 fold version, as the ties are unlined and depending on the cloth could be a bit "thin".

The very best Ascots (cravats)
The beauty of using a small family run business rather than a large retail operation is the attention to detail and the quality of both the service and the finished product. Gianni is a pleasure to deal with and really works hard to provide an excellent customer experience. I ordered 4 Ascots and what I have received exceeds all my expectations. The quality of the material and Marta's hand stitching is fantastic.
I would certainly recommend Passaggio for any neck wear and I will certainly be ordering more.

What I regret the most is to read that we make poor quality products. Because the hands that made all those ties that received 5 STARS here are the same hands that made your tie; and that is my hands and my wife Marta's hands.
Maybe you have all lined ties, with the tip all put on by machine, because the lining is only put on by machine, and you are not used to the unlined ones that are all hand hemmed like ours, with about a meter of hem all done by hand.

On the delivery time you ordered in August so we were stopped for the summer vacation. I don't think it's been 3 months since the order, though.

Thank you for your comment. But as I already wrote to you on instagram your package was due on December 12. But it was missed delivery because no one was home. So with your code RC280956115IT call the post office because it will be in stock.
I point out to those reading that we exchanged many messages in Instagram. So we always responded to the messages that the customer sent us.
Also, if the U.S. customs and shipping systems have kept the package for many days stopped, it is not our fault.

Quality is excellent
Quality of their handmade is excellent and the fabrics they use are really good, beautiful and unique.
They give the width in 0.5cm intervals. I ordered 9cm width but the tie is 8,5cm. And the length is 1cm short of what I ordered. This have happened before also with them. Considering how important the width and the length are for ties, I'm amazed that they don't pay attention to the measurements the client has ordered.
This is the reason I give 4 of 5 starts.
